If there was an option to give a negative star would have done that ! The lady at the front counter on Monday July 11, 2022 at 5:22 am was super rude, unprofessional and had a hate for the customers on her face. She was trying to judge me on my speaking skills. She had that devilish laugh, as if she was trying to look down on me, when I asked “I need a double double with milk”. According to her I need to request a coffee from her. English is my second language so I might not be up to the mark while speaking it. On top of that she was making faces when I wanted to customize my wrap. She simply said “This is not done”, “This can’t be done” It was like she simply don’t want to serve the customers and just to milk money during her hours at Tims and doesn’t want to work at all. Been 4 years in Canada but never had this terrible experience at any other Tims. I ended up saying that I don’t need anything from here and left the store. It was early morning 5:22 am and the way she treated me spoiled my whole day. Management should look into this and should hire only those needy people who are willing to work hard rather than people who are just simply wishing that they don’t have to serve any customer during their shift time. What a waste of an employee and a human being she was. Her big, blunt, cold blooded face will...

But coffee also contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation and protect against disease,” says Diane Vizthum, M.S., R.D., research nutritionist for Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Coffee is one of the world’s most popular beverages.
Thanks to its high levels of antioxidants and beneficial nutrients, it also seems to be quite healthy. Studies show that coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of several serious diseases.
Coffee can help people feel less tired and increase energy levels.
That’s because it contains a stimulant called caffeine — the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world.
After you drink coffee, the caffeine is absorbed into your bloodstream. From there, it travels to your brain 🧠. In the brain, caffeine blocks the inhibitory neurotransmitter adenosine. When this happens, the amount of other neurotransmitters like norepinephrine and dopamine increases, leading to enhanced firing of neurons.
Many controlled studies in humans show that coffee improves various aspects of brain function — including memory, mood, vigilance, energy levels, reaction times and general...
Read moreThe coffee at this location is always fresh and consistent. Definitely one of the better locations in Oakville EXCEPT for the fact that they are probably one of the only Tim Hortons locations in the world that does NOT have a drive-thru. That being said, they didn't design the building so its hard to fault them for that. The donut selection is usually the same but there isn't a whole lot to pick from. They seem to have the essentials in terms of treats but if you're someone who likes the more unpopular picks for timbits and donuts, maybe try a different location. If having a drive-thru/social distancing is a must for you as well, this Timmies isn't the one for you; but since there's a Timmies on every block, your next closest one is a stone's throw away!
If you require a drive-thru:
And you're driving SOUTH:
There is a Tim Hortons on Cross Ave, just past the GO Station on the right) address is: 111 Cross Ave.
If you're driving NORTH:
if you're going north, there is a Tim Hortons on Trafalgar, approx 4/5 lights north, on the corner of Trafalgar Road and Postridge Dr. The address is 2355 Trafalgar Rd. (There is a closer Tim Hortons going north, inside Rabba Fine Foods but this location does not offer a...
