I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store, and I strongly advise against choosing their services. Not only did they handle my account incorrectly by enrolling me in the wrong package, but the actual charges from Rogers were significantly higher than what this store had promised me. I had to take matters into my own hands and make phone calls to rectify the situation by canceling the erroneously processed package. Throughout this entire process, the staff never once offered an apology or showed any remorse for their mistakes. It is evident that their level of professionalism and competence is severely lacking.

Olek, the Assistant Manager was incredible. I got service that went above and beyond anything I have experienced in years.
Olek, was really knowledgeable, patient, kind and I got a new I Phone 11, switched to FIDO, saved quite a lot on my monthly bill as well as received incredible extras. He even gave me a credit for old I Phone. He transferred all the info from my old phone to my new phone. It was wonderful.
