🍕 241 Pizza Review - Fall of 2023 🍕

From the moment we stepped into 241 Pizza, we were transported to a world where culinary craftsmanship and top-notch service collide. We were lucky enough to experience their BOGO offer, and I have to say, it was one for the books.

Pizza 1: An extra-large, lightly done thin crust loaded with their signature spicy sauce. The blend of tandoori chicken with the zestiness of red onions and the kick of jalapeños made each bite a fiery delight. The freshness of the tomatoes, cilantro/coriander, and green peppers perfectly balanced out the heat, creating an extraordinary flavor fusion.

Pizza 2: The pesto and garlic spread base was a game-changer. Each slice was a beautiful amalgamation of creamy pizza mozzarella, salty anchovies, succulent chicken strips, and a medley of vegetables. The green olives and mushrooms added that much-needed earthy touch, making every mouthful a savory sensation.

But what truly elevated our experience was the impeccable service we received from Roxanne. She was attentive, accommodating, and ensured that our pizzas were crafted to perfection. She even offered us a discount on the pesto sauce! Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and we couldn't be more grateful.

In conclusion, 241 Pizza isn't just about food—it's an experience. And with offers like BOGO combined with the likes of Roxanne making sure you're well taken care of, it's a gastronomic journey you wouldn't want to miss. Five...

Low quality. Bad customer service. Horrible prices. Manager not customer oriented.

Your job is to make pizzas. Assist the customer with purchase options. Maintain the work environment. Represent the brand positively.

Tonight I feel this store failed to meet the minimum standards for customer service.

If you don't want to answer questions over the phone hire someone with competence to redesign the website so it's user friendly.

I spent 5 minutes on the website trying to see what was what. I called and at first was getting decent help and answers but the person said if I spent more money I'd get better deals. I asked what the deals were and they only replied by saying I'm only have so much to spend.

2 small pizzas for $26 2 small pizzas for 18.27 with Uber eats.

13.99 per small 2 topping pizza? Make...

If I could go any lower than one star I would. Ordered the two pizza with four toppings total. One pepperoni and sausage other pineapple and ham. Wife is allergic to red onions and green peppers. Pizza came with pineapple and red onion. When she called to find out what happened, she was sternly told "I took your order and you said red onion" then disconnected. I sat here and heard everything she ordered and she said ham not onion. I work in the service industry and would never stand for any of my coworkers treating a customer in such a way. I deal with people every day that ask for suggestions for reasonably priced food when visiting Kingston and they will never get another order from me or a thumbs up to any of the thousands of people I deal with every month...

I have ordered from this location before with no issue. This will be my last order. I ordered a pizza with sundried tomatoes, pepperoni, and black olives. When I received the order, the sundried tomatoes were burnt to a crisp, Charcoal tasting and frankly, inedible. When I brought this up, they gave me the excuse of changing their suppliers for the sundried tomatoes, and that their oven is too hot to cook then properly . Why even offer this item if it can’t be cooked? Somebody took my pizza out of the oven, saw the burnt toppings, and still decided it was ok to deliver. They offered to replace my pizza, but I’d have to pick it up (obviously wouldn’t be using a delivery service if I could pick this up myself) , and refused a refund . Worst experience.

***** Disappointing Experience ***** I ordered 2 medium vegetarian pizzas with four garlic drippings and breadsticks through Uber Eats before an hour. I specifically requested chilli peppers and garlic on my pizzas, but none of my instructions were followed. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the lady claimed they had added a “little” amount, but I “might not be able to taste it.” What kind of logic is that? If I can’t taste it, it’s as good as not being there! She also mentioned that they only take orders through Uber and are not responsible for refunds. Completely unacceptable response. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from this place again. I hope this review helps others think twice before placing an order here.
