I'm not one to post reviews on the internet, but man... I wish someone had told me to steer clear of this place.

I cannot fathom how this place has five stars on Google reviews. The fatayers are terrible. In particular, the beef fatayers taste of almost nothing but black pepper and salt, and the "ground beef" has all the texture and flavor of something that came out of a can packed in jelly. Honestly revolting. They took a small eternity to prepare, and the food in the window display, I discovered after ordering, was clearly moulding.

Even at $4.50 for a fatayer, it's just not worth it. You'd be better off eating your money.

The only way this place has been getting dozens of five-star reviews is by paying for them. Kingstonians have better...

Great tasting flat breads. Tried the zatar, zatar and cheese, spinach and cheese and mahommara (sorry about the spelling it’s new to me). Iā€˜ve never had these before so I don’t know what they’re supposed to taste like but the texture of the flat bread is delicious. They’re freshly made when you order, crispy on the outside and is slightly chewy in a good way. I enjoyed all the flavours that I tried. For people that don’t like spice the mahommara is slightly spicy. Excellent value for many and full of flavour. The gentleman that runs the place is...

I've been looking for some good fatayer ever since I moved to Toronto from the Middle East. However, I wasn't able to find many spots in Toronto that made fresh fatayer (most of them do frozen and frozen fatayers are as good as frozen pizzas). To find this joint in Kingston took me by surprise. I saw Ahmed prepare the fatayers fresh right in front of my eyes. We ordered 4 types of fatayer and all of them were really yum. I don't mind driving all the way from toronto just to have these fatayers. They are that good! Also the prices are...

Absolutely delicious! Friendly service and scrumptious food. The ā€œZaatarā€ was one of the best I have ever tried - flavours were subtle but pronounced, no bitter aftertaste. ā€œKunafeā€ equally good - mildly sweet and very pleasing. Thank you! Will most definitely go back to Kingston to try other items on the menu.

This meal for under 10 bucks? Count me in!! Made fresh by a local family, the food tasted just as fresh and delicious. The staff was very hospitable and I’m definitely a regular here after my first experience. I’be not seen prices like these anywhere in the city.
