Dined here in May of 23 with a large work group. Since it was a large group, the restaurant was closed just for us and we had 2 salad and 3 menu entrée options to choose from. Let me start off with the good, the Caesar salad. This Caesar salad was very delicious and enjoyable and was topped with some tasty homemade croutons. It left me very excited to receive my entrée, which came 30-45 minutes after I was done with my salad. I opted for the chicken marsala which was described as followed: Pan braised chicken supreme, topped with marsala wine reduction, sautéed mushrooms served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The chicken seemed baked in an oven. Unseasoned, dry and hard, wayyyyy overcooked. The mushrooms, not sautéed and I have no idea where they think their marsala sauce is true to the Italian classic. It tasted like canned tomato paste more than anything else. If you compare my photo of this dish to any other chicken marsala image on google, you can see for yourself that this is noting close to even resembling the Italian staple. The garlic mashed potatoes had no taste of garlic whatsoever. What's worse is that they were lumpy, hard and dryer than that Sahara. The veggies, boiled and flavorless. Even when I receive bad food, I usually can get through most of it. This plate however, I could not even get through a quarter of it before I threw in the towel. I don't recommend you dine here when in the area. Over 70 bucks after a beer and tip later, I had to go get dinner elsewhere. EDIT (Response to Owner): I didn't say May 23rd. I said May of 23, meaning May 2023. Since you seem confused, I looked it up and it was May 16th 2023, to be exact. That would be 4 months ago, not 3 as you said. I see your math and professionalism are just about as good as your food. Interesting.

Today, my family, along with a friend's family, visited Pembroke from Ottawa for the long weekend. We chose this restaurant based on Google reviews, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set a positive tone for our visit. Despite our large group of eight, Jarrett calmly set up our table and provided exceptional service from start to finish. The warm bread served with butter was an excellent start to our meal, and when Jarrett noticed that we quickly finished it, he kindly brought us more. My family ordered the baked lasagna, homemade gnocchi, and classic meatball pasta for the kids. Each dish was superb, demonstrating a mastery of the basics that exceeded any other pasta restaurant. As we finished our dinner, we noticed the restaurant was bustling with many other satisfied guests. If we visit Pembroke again, we will definitely return here. Thank you, Jarrett!

Awesome food, amazing service. Attended Anthony's for my MIL's 70th birthday dinner. We brought our 5yr old daughter after babysitting plans fell thru. I was hesitant to bring her to a restaurant like this, but we brought her so I could come too. The restaurant was amazing. Shout-out to Alex (one of our servers) was great. She was engaging with my daughter and someone from the restaurant even went so far as to go to a store across the street to get apple juice. Alex even took time to play a quick game with my daughter. The food was fabulous. We had an event menu, and I was a little bummed that I couldn't have the lasagna (I'll be back for that!!!) but the veal was well worth it. I've been searching for a great Italian restaurant in the valley, and I have finally found one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100 percent I'll be back.

We were in Pembroke for an event and needed somewhere to go for dinner. After looking at a few places, we settled on this one and am I ever glad we did. The food was absolutely fantastic! I had chicken pesto fettuccine, and it was the perfect serving size and absolutely delicious full of flavour. Others had Braised Beef Braciole, Mushroom & Beef Agnolotti and Butternut Squash Lune. We shared a Baked Brie Appetizer and we shared a large basket of fresh bread. The night we were there the restaurant was extremely busy and there was one server on and she was fabulous. She kept everyones drinks fresh and food flowing very very efficiently. The owner eventually came and told us that earlier in the day there were very few reservations, which is why they only had the one server. But that one server did a fabulous job.

If you are in Pembroke, I would have no problem highly recommending this...
