WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!!!!!! If I had the option to give zero stars I would! We walked in and was told by a young girl you just sit anywhere. We sat inside as the patio didn’t have enough room for us (4). We sat in our booth for at least 5 minutes before someone came over and handed us some menus. It then took another 5-10 minutes for her to come back to our table. We asked for some water to start thinking she would come right back as it was just water and then we could order them. She came back about 10 minutes later with the waters, and she was apt to walk ok away when we asked if we could order. We ordered drinks and food. The drinks came in about 5 minutes, but then the food……we waited almost an hour!!!! The server never came over to us to say anything about it being slow. The restaurant was almost empty. We witnessed a food delivery guy come in after we had already been sitting there for a good 20 minutes after we ordered and he picked up an order for someone and left, the same guy came back 25 minutes later and picked up another order for someone else! So we saw 2 orders be picked up while we were still waiting for ours! The server came and asked if I was finished, I said yes and she took my dishes. She didn’t come back for a few minutes and then comes to my wife’s plate and starts to pick it up to take it away and my wife was on the middle of eating and had to say she wasn’t done yet!

The portions were a joke, I had the fish and chips and the piece of fish was about the same size as a frozen fish stick! My wife’s food was not warm at all, my kids portions looked like it was one kids meal divided into 2!

I recently took my parents to Anthony's for dinner. The location is very nice and the food was delicious, however we had an issue with the service. The staff were very pleasant and took our drink and food orders quickly but then we waited over half an hour for our meal. Our glasses were empty but nobody asked us if we would like another drink .A gentleman who was seated out on the patio had to come in to find a staff member to order another round of drinks for his table. When our food finally arrived, my father received the wrong meal. There was nobody around so being elderly and not wishing to cause trouble, he began his meal, which he enjoyed very much. About 5 minutes later a waitress came over and wanted to take his food away from him and give him the correct dinner but he was already about a quarter of the was through it and did not wish to change. She was quite annoyed. When we had finished, she came and took our dishes but again we were not asked if we would like more drinks, dessert or coffee, so I eventually caught her attention and asked for the bill. Would not recommend! My friends and I stopped in for lunch mid road trip and were very disappointed. First, when we walked in there was a strong fishy odour. We assumed it was because they had a lot of seafood dishes on the menu- but after seeing it we realized there are only a few fish dishes, and nothing that seems like it would be that fragrant. So that was strange. Next. We sat inside but decided to move outside because of the number of dead and live flies in our booth. My food was gross. Two of us got steaks- which was a big mistake- they were verrrrry bland. It seemed like they weren’t seasoned at all- and the 12 oz prime rib came out with about 5 oz of fat... not exaggerating here. Service wasn’t good either. Our server, Emily, seemed disinterested and didn’t check on us even once during the meal. Beyond that, when she finally came to the table after we had all pushed our plates away, she saw that 3 of us left the majority of the food and didn’t even inquire about why. 4/5 of us work in the restaurant industry, and we’re generally very understanding because we know how it is, but it was honestly a terrible experience and next time we’re in town Anthony’s will definitely not be on...
