I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons this afternoon. My Child needed to use the washroom to wash his hands and the ladies didn't open the door for him and my Mom despite the fact that I asked them several times while I was waiting in line to order. After I placed my order some old white lady came in and asked to open the door for her and one of the white staff opend the door immediately for her when I confronted the staff and told her I was asking and waiting for a while I was told it was being cleaned and she told me the tape was off now but of I wanted to use it she would let me in. I said to her I asked and waited a while before and they didn't open it for us but this lady just came in and they opened it right away she said there's a second stool there if I wanted to use it. In the first place there was no tape when we came in and I clearly saw nobody was cleaning the washroom. We totally felt discriminated by this Tim Hortons staff conduct towards us. I was planning to eat there but after the bad experience we decided neither to use their dirty washroom nor to eat there. So, I just took my order and left. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but these people were totally discriminatory. Let me start off with how bad the staff is, they are rude and seem to always be annoyed, i go here because is the closest to my house but ive had enough with the rudeness of the staff and most of the time i order food here they always seem to get something wrong. One time I ordered two blt bagels with bacon and sausage both were missing lettuce and the tomato and the bacon only had egg, sausage and cheese. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons in TOWN! Another time i order some breakfast and again my order was wrong but that time I definitely went back and asked them to make me my order correctly. I just ask the owner to keep a look out for his/her customers because the staff is so bad ineffective and RUDE! And when i mean rude is rude. One time They even got mad at me when I ordered a few drinks and i was missing one and the girl was missing one, I told her and she started with attitude saying ugh I asked her how many drinks they were, like first of all your already supposed to know how many drinks I ordered and why are you asking me that again at the window you have your order screen learn how to read it. Read morewas visiting this tim hortans and i ordered a iced caramel latte as usual, i guess the lady taking my order was new but i said that about three times and she repeated back to me and everything i ordered, the new lady brings me a hot latte in a iced coffee cup and i’ve never ever got it made like that and she was gonna add ice and still give me it, i tried to tell her and she kept saying that’s what i ordered when it’s not even made right at all, than two other female employees butt in to help and give me attitude when i said that’s not how it’s made i’d like it made cold, manager looked at the screen and proceeded to say i was wrong and said i didn’t order that when i repeated my order three times and so did the new employee who took my order, than she goes and remakes it all the while teaching her to how even make the drink, i go to ask for a straw and the manager slams my drink down and walks away with an attitude before i could even ask, moral of the story train your employees how to make everything to avoid confusion & also treat your customers with respect if they are respecting you and coming to your store spending money on a lot...
