How does this place maintain a 4.3 rating with so many consistently bad reviews? "0" stars. So many other reviews indicate how consistent this place is, that part is true, it is consistently garbage, you will 100% be dissapointed if you come here. Our last 3 experiences with Cramdom's have all been terrible, (date night, catering, and sunday brunch). Date night - our food was so bad we did not eat it, we left and went to Jose's. Catering - fake chicken that tastes like chicken is not an acceptable vegetarian option. People who do not eat meat do not want fake stuff that still tastes like the meat they do not eat! This was made clear before finalizing catering, we were told it would be a stuffed pepper or something similar, nope they served fake chicken. Brunch - Went today with a large group of people, the food was way below standard, called ahead to let them know we were coming so they could prepare. They had rubbery bacon, shrivelled up sausages that looked like leftovers from yesterday just microwaved and scrambled eggs should not be swimming/drowning in liquid, freezer burnt tater tots, and a very small assortment of stale pastries, absolutely disgusting. Even the tea i asked for was very weak in colour, barely lukewarm and tasted like mould/mildew and was undrinkable, it's like they are re-using the same tea bag for multiple customers, or just gave me the leftover pot from another table hours ago. They did not offer any vegetarian options either this time. For the price they charge they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for serving you this garbage. The health unit needs to shut this place down before more people get sick, terrible food, terrible service, terrible atmosphere, tables are sticky and the place is not clean. I do not recommend any dishes from here, i recommend you go elsewhere and save yourself the terrible...

Had Cramdon’s cater our backyard wedding July 2nd last year. We had a wonderful time booking with Mark. He let us feel assured everything will go great. The servers were amazing and the food was great from what I was told from our guess that is because my wife and I maybe had a few bites during dinner. We had our speeches and we’re both pretty nervous so we didn’t eat. We said will eat dinner later when everyone leaves since their will be leftovers. The whole night I was telling a few guest that were from out of town to come back for lunch the following day to eat leftovers. Around 10-11pm when the last server was leaving I asked which fridge they place the food in and she said nothing was left. I said their is no way as we had two less people and me and my wife hardly touch anything. She said she would call her manager and let me know. 10-15mins later she was gone. No calls. I emailed them a day or two later about paying our final tab and also asked about the leftovers and they never responded to the food portion of the email. I paid and that was the end of it. I worked in the food services business in the past. Their is absolutely no way they wouldn’t of brought 10-20% more food in case people ask for more. I know this seems like a little issue to some but I had 10 guests come over the next day and had to spend another $250 for pizza since nothing was left. Plus I was starving at the end of the night. We enjoyed a birthday celebration tonight at Cramdon’s. Patrons were dispersed evenly in the large floor space which can handle a number of large gatherings with ease. Our own large group was accommodated in a separate area of the restaurant. We were well served throughout the night by Hailee who was never far away and delivered drinks and meals efficiently. It would be nice to have more menu options for seafood or vegetarian dishes. The halibut and fries that we ordered were good, however the drinks were not up to par. A couple of the ladies mentioned that their Pinot Grigio wine wasn’t very good, but my Gin and Tonic was prepared well. We all followed up with Coffee Martinis and we found them to be weak and watery, apparently because they use regular coffee instead of Espresso. Also, although it’s a minor detail it is customary to float three coffee beans on top of the martini, but it seems that the bar doesn’t keep coffee beans on hand.
