Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I had the worse experience, food and customer service ever!!! I ordered just an Alfredo pasta for delivery and a long while later the driver came parked infront of my house, sat there for a long while then drove off!?!?! so I called the store and told them what happened and the lady on the phone said she was going to call the driver to see what was going on and then put me on hold. After being on hold the lady goes and tells me that the driver ended up knocking at the door and said nobody was home? I told the lady on the phone that the driver is lying and that he never came to my door he just sat in his car, I told her I was literally watching him from my window waiting for him to come so I can pay and get my food. Then the lady ends up saying okay I’ll call him back and tell him to go back. After that I waited about 15 min but still no driver. So I called them back again! And it was the lady again and I asked her is the driver coming back? But then she starts acting all confused, so I knew right away she never called him back. I then asked her if she can please call the driver so I can have my order and what the heck was going on with this driver?!?!? But this is where it gets really weird and stupid. The lady goes and tells me a different story then the one she said before. She tries to tell me that the order never went to my place??? even tho she told me on the last phone call the driver left my house because no one was there even tho I saw him lie through his teeth and just sit infront of my house then proceeded to drive away. What the heck! it was just one lie after the other from the driver and the store and I don’t understand why. The lady on the phone finally said they will send another driver with my order after that confusing convo with all the lies. but when I finally got my food and had my first bite it was so gross I couldn’t even eat it, it was super sour and even smelt sour!!!!! I don’t know if the sauce was bad or they ended up putting a super sour sauce that does not belong on it. One things for sure I’m never ordering from this place again. This is not the first time they did something like this but this time it was the worse. Disrespectful staff that lie to customer for no reason and horrible customer service and bad food that was not...

I really hate having to write reviews like this, but let’s get into it.

Late night pizza delivery. Order was placed around 3:40am. I used a coupon for a 4 topping med. pizza. I ordered a medium pan pizza. Extra cheese. Easy on the sauce. Mushrooms. Chicken * Bacon. Oregano and Garlic. Well done.

When the pizza arrived it was what I would call a normal amount of baked. I was happy with the mushrooms. The cheese did not feel very “extra” …. Then it hit me…. There was no chicken. I announced this finding to the people eating with me and we began to investigate. There was certainly no chicken. Which is a premium item. So I had paid extra for this topping and it had been forgotten.

As I am currently sick and barely have no voice it fell on my husband to call the store and sort this out. The first person he spoke to placed him on a hold. The second person asked if he wanted a new pizza. We accepted and they requested we return the original pizza. Fine by me as the next one would be just right.

The sent it to us quickly, and we swapped the original erroneous pizza for the new and more accurate version.

I was so excited. It looked WELL-DONE. It had visible chicken. There was definitely extra cheese. (Something we might order only once or twice a year.) Excited, I pulled a piece of chicken from my pizza and popped it in my mouth. Suddenly my mouth was ON FIRE. I can’t eat spicy food at all. Red pepper flakes have been known to make my throat feel itchy on occasion. It burnt so bad. I tried to pull off cheese and eat some of the toppings beneath the cheese - but it was useless. Every bite was an inferno or blistering agony to my mouth.

Needless to say I could not eat any of it. We decided it was pointless to call again. We didn’t want to be a nuisance and since I’m the only one that can’t handle spicy food - so I got to watch everyone else eat my pizza.

Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Prior to today we have never had any issues ordering food here. Delivery was generally quick and our orders were always correct. Still, tonight left me...

Order dominos and they forgot my dips. (6:02pm).I called to ask about it and they said they would deliver them right away. I gave them my address and hung up. 30 mins late no dips so I called back and they apologized and said again they would send them right away. This time they didn't ask for my info which I thought was off. Waited another 30 mins and called again. Got the same employee and asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I said ok I want your name than if you are the manager. She than was telling me the system is down and still wouldn't take my info on what I was missing and my address. I kept asking her to take my info and she than hung up. I called back and got a different person who than was helpful and I finally got my dips. Such a minuscule thing that could of been an easy resolution. Bad business overall and just disappointed with how they deal...
