Karahi Point is a fantastic spot for authentic Pakistani cuisine in Windsor. We visited with friends and had an amazing experience. We ordered the paneer karahi, chicken karahi, and three appetizers, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The karahis were rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, with the paneer and chicken cooked to perfection. The appetizers were a great start to the meal, especially the crispy and well-seasoned choices that left us wanting more. The naan served alongside was fresh, soft, and paired perfectly with the karahis. The portions were generous, easily satisfying our group. The total bill came to around $180, which we found quite reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The service was prompt and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. Overall, Karahi Point impressed us with its authentic flavors, excellent service, and comfortable atmosphere. Whether you’re craving rich desi flavors or looking for a place to enjoy a hearty meal with loved ones, this spot is highly recommended!

I was served by a woman wearing glasses, I asked to use the washroom and wash my hands, then when I was seated, I had to ask for a glass of water while I looked over the menu, the same server said she asked the other waitress to get it But she forgot. I ordered a pashawari Karahi chicken, a bit more black pepper than I would have liked. No once came to check in on me. I notice the place is getting busier (730pm) 3 servers, when I was finished, it took sometime to get the attention of someone to pack the order, finally a petite woman said just give her 2 Min and she’d bring a box, but after a few minutes I saw her taking an order for another table. Finally the first server saw that I was looking into space wondering if Scotty can beam me up because I don’t see any intelligent life down here. I get the box and have to box it myself, I asked for the machine since this is taking too long already. When I don’t leave a tip, I get asked if I want the receipt, I reply in the affirmative but that’s it, no “thank you for coming, see you again sir”. I’m surprised they didn’t ask me to do the dishes. Not fine dining

This is my second time to Karahi point Windsor location. First time I ordered nehari and naan. Nehari was tasteless. Naan were burnt; also instead of plain naan, they put butter. Today I ordered chicken tikka masala mild and 2 naan. Instead of mild they gave spicy masala. Both naan were burnt black. At the time of order, I had explained that naan should not be burnt. Also, when I picked order, I asked server if all was good, she said its ok. I also asked server that I want to speak with manager about my past order, she told me that she informed the manager and he was busy with phone. They kept me waiting for the manager with no response. Bad food and bad management. I used to be their customer in Mississauga and Oakville locations. They were excellent in customer service and food in Mississauga and Oakville.

Please review this review as "ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT " Salam, with all do respect being honest. We were visiting from Toronto and had the buffet for "Iftar" at Karahi point.....BUT were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED....let me start from the start....booked for 3 people called in prior to walking in. Walked in with my father (over 80 years). Asked cashier for our table ...she directed us to NOT the tables vacant....but behind the cash area with other people on sides...which we were not comfortable with. Secondly, when we asked to be switched due to my father not being so far away from getting his food...she recommended tables upstairs (amagine us making rounds up and down the stairs....SERIOUSLY Then she got us the table across from the cash desk (MUCH appreciated 👏)...Jazak Allah for that. NOW ...the food started with BUFFET table ....one way TRAFFIC NOT around to go thru line waiting forever for some people to keep moving....then refills were delayed.....as we got our food.....service by the girls was delayed on many things and many times then once. The start of the food waitress asked if you would like tea as it is part of our BUFFET?....I take my tea cooled down.. asked for it with my food....she said it would be 10 - 15 minutes....NO PROBLEM, while I ate... I waited ....waited...and WAITED....finally after the dinner ( which was not to my expectation ....every curry had the same masala) dessert ( 8/10)...As we finished ready to wrap up head out Comes The TEA!!!! so ok at least it came in the END (then she shouldn't have asked in the START of our meal)...asked for a lid for tea to take out when the tea FINALLY came....took another 10 minutes....END result left half the cup of hot tea and left disappointed from this location. We had been to Karahi Point in Millcreek, in MISSISSAUGA, just a couple of days back recently (and been there a lot of times before)...AND there is a Hugh difference....Service100% Food was AMAZING and most of all the owner himself accommodated us in the best seating with our fathers comfort and connected 2 -3 times to make sure everything was good and comfortable.....AND much better priced per person...So the expectation was the same due to the "KARAHI POINT" name. This location definitely needs improvement and especially SERVICE. AGAIN* *please review this review as "ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT " nothing PERSONAL Jazak Allah...

Disappointed to say the least
we arrived at 845 on a Saturday night
there was no staff at the front. Stood in front of the door for about 10-15 min with a line behind us of families as the entire restaurant guests stared at us while we all waited. There was an empty table but was full of dishes. Finally we were seated and we had to reclean our table with a tissue it was still dirty. I noticed others that came after us got the menus. We finally asked for a menu after 10 min to one of the staffs that was serving another table. Basically 2 staff to about 50-60 people is unacceptable. Again having no idea of the customers that came in one of the staff started taking other people’s orders that came a good 15 min after us . Again had to call the girl to take our order. Waited 35-40 min for the food and they forgot the drinks we ordered.. had to hunt down a staff to bring them. Extremely frustrating to have to ask for everything. Food was ok not as great as we heard. Ask for a table ask for a menu ask for a table cleaning ask for someone to take our order ask for our drinks
if they were short staffed the manager should have come out to help his staff just common sense. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars . Never felt as IGNORED at a restaurant as we did here. the girls working looked liked headless chickens running around while taking phone orders minding tables trying to manage everything. I hope they get...

Heavenly Delight: Review of Karahi Point Restaurant's Chicken Biryani

If you're a fan of aromatic spices, tender meat, and flavorful rice, then karahi point should be on your radar. Their chicken biryani is a symphony of flavors that will transport your taste buds to culinary nirvana. The manager is really a good person.

From the moment the dish arrives at your table, you're greeted with the tantalizing aroma of perfectly cooked basmati rice infused with a medley of spices. The grains are long, separate, and each one carries the essence of the spices it has absorbed.

The chicken pieces are succulent and juicy, bursting with the flavors of the marinade and the slow-cooking process. Whether you prefer white meat or dark, you'll find both options perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection.

What truly sets karahi point's chicken biryani apart is the balance of flavors. Every bite is a harmonious blend of spices, herbs, and protein, with no single element overpowering the others. It's a testament to the chef's expertise and dedication to their craft. The biryani comes with a side of cooling raita and tangy lemon pickle, adding layers of texture and taste to an already outstanding dish.

Whether you're a biryani aficionado or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, Karahi point's chicken biryani is a must-try. Prepare to indulge in a culinary journey that will leave you craving more.

Great Manager and...
