Please review this review as "ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT " Salam, with all do respect being honest. We were visiting from Toronto and had the buffet for "Iftar" at Karahi point.....BUT were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED....let me start from the start....booked for 3 people called in prior to walking in. Walked in with my father (over 80 years). Asked cashier for our table ...she directed us to NOT the tables vacant....but behind the cash area with other people on sides...which we were not comfortable with. Secondly, when we asked to be switched due to my father not being so far away from getting his food...she recommended tables upstairs (amagine us making rounds up and down the stairs....SERIOUSLY Then she got us the table across from the cash desk (MUCH appreciated đ)...Jazak Allah for that. NOW ...the food started with BUFFET table ....one way TRAFFIC NOT around to go thru line waiting forever for some people to keep moving....then refills were delayed.....as we got our food.....service by the girls was delayed on many things and many times then once. The start of the food waitress asked if you would like tea as it is part of our BUFFET?....I take my tea cooled down.. asked for it with my food....she said it would be 10 - 15 minutes....NO PROBLEM, while I ate... I waited ....waited...and WAITED....finally after the dinner ( which was not to my expectation ....every curry had the same masala) dessert ( 8/10)...As we finished ready to wrap up head out Comes The TEA!!!! so ok at least it came in the END (then she shouldn't have asked in the START of our meal)...asked for a lid for tea to take out when the tea FINALLY came....took another 10 minutes....END result left half the cup of hot tea and left disappointed from this location. We had been to Karahi Point in Millcreek, in MISSISSAUGA, just a couple of days back recently (and been there a lot of times before)...AND there is a Hugh difference....Service100% Food was AMAZING and most of all the owner himself accommodated us in the best seating with our fathers comfort and connected 2 -3 times to make sure everything was good and comfortable.....AND much better priced per person...So the expectation was the same due to the "KARAHI POINT" name. This location definitely needs improvement and especially SERVICE. AGAIN* *please review this review as "ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT " nothing PERSONAL Jazak Allah...

Stood in front of the door for about 10-15 min with a line behind us of families as the entire restaurant guests stared at us while we all waited. There was an empty table but was full of dishes. Finally we were seated and we had to reclean our table with a tissue it was still dirty. I noticed others that came after us got the menus. We finally asked for a menu after 10 min to one of the staffs that was serving another table. Basically 2 staff to about 50-60 people is unacceptable. Again having no idea of the customers that came in one of the staff started taking other peopleâs orders that came a good 15 min after us . Again had to call the girl to take our order. Waited 35-40 min for the food and they forgot the drinks we ordered.. had to hunt down a staff to bring them. Extremely frustrating to have to ask for everything. Food was ok not as great as we heard. Ask for a table ask for a menu ask for a table cleaning ask for someone to take our order ask for our drinks ⊠if they were short staffed the manager should have come out to help his staff just common sense. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars . Never felt as IGNORED at a restaurant as we did here. the girls working looked liked headless chickens running around while taking phone orders minding tables trying to manage everything. I hope they get...
