KFC — Restaurant in Ontario

Not particularly happy with this location. During my last visit, I had to repeat my order several times due to the person taking orders not understanding anything I was trying to say to them - also irritating the people in the line behind me. When I arrived at the drive-thru window for payment, they almost charged me for the wrong order, corrected themselves, then gave me the food. (I'd just ordered a two-piece chicken combo with a diet Coke, for Pete's sake!)

Upon opening the box in the parking lot to eat, the chicken was DRIPPING with grease. I'd only gotten one piece of chicken down before losing my appetite, throwing it out, and just drinking the diet...

Only location other then Belleville one. Was closed for dining in due to covid. Meal was decent. But value for the amount you're spendng? No. Very expensive. Frustrating when you ask for your meal to be a certain way - all white no wings- pay a lot for that and they consistently mess it up. A phone call to them leads to kids of excuses as well as saying that the food was correct 🙄. Don't eat there often. Family from out of town like it for dinner when they visit. $87 for 2 bags of food. Bags weren't even filled. Otherwise, store was clean. Staff was friendly. Meal was done quickly. We were the only ones in there, otherwise it is...

Not very happy! Was just there tonight to get a 14 piece meal that’s comes with four side! Plus fries! We ordered paid and left and started to check our bag and we did not receive our fries nor a receipt! So I went back and said politely we did not get our fries and the guy that didn’t not take my order says he was listening to the woman taking out ordered and then decides to have the nerve to keep shoving the receipt in my face saying “see no fries” And proceeded to accuse me of lying about French fry’s! Note we ordered gravy so obviously we would have ordered French fry’s for the gravy. Just common sense that fry’s...
