La Marina by Eddy's — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to Marina and asked for a shish tawook plate. I was charged $36, I thought the prices must have went up. After 30 minutes, they handed me one wrap. I said this is not what I ordered and told them the correct order. They stated it was my fault for the order mishaps and said we need to reverse the charge and charge you correctly. I was then charged $21 the normal plate price. When I checked my banking, the charge was not reversed, I was charged twice. $36 for a wrap and $21 for a plate. How would the wrap alone be $36. The menu states $8.99 for a wrap. When I said, sorry I didn't get refunded, I was charged twice and I do not want a wrap I didn't order, they stated "we already made it though", they then proceeded to ask "is this your first time" in a condescending tone. They said over and over no refund as they already made a wrap. I was charged $50 in total for one small meal. Saying I was really disappointed in the service doesn't begin to justify the situation. In summary thats my last time going there and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone or would not advise anyone to visit until the service has been improved. VERY...

The old saying goes, “ don’t judge a book by its cover.” At first glance of this establishment some may find themselves hesitant to enter however do not be fooled. The food is incredibly delicious!!!

Highly recommend - Fattoush Salad, hummus, salmon dish, sea bass dish, breaded shrimp and French fries!!

Friendly staff! Shout out to the talented Chef - Rino. He took the time to greet us at our table and answered any questions we had about our dishes. Thank you to the polite owner who also took time to assist us at our table. Thank you to both waitress who were always smiling, assisted us with our meals, beverages and cleaned diligently.

We wish the marina had an online website to better view open hours, the menu/ beverages, book reservations or take out. On google it looks like the restaurant is closed when that’s not true. Recommend for patrons to call first before attending until online presence is created.

I recently dined at Marina Restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
