McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

I stopped in for my lunch break, waited 18 mins for a mcdouble meal and a jr chicken. My fries were already cold by the time I got to my car and ridiculously salty. But to top it all off when I went to eat my jr chicken the bun was frozen! I usually like quick food and settle for what I get but this was ridiculous as I was the only person in line and watched them take my order off of the waiting time board less than 2 minutes of standing there. I'm upset I was met with "what would you like me to do about it?" When I called into the store less than 5 mins from leaving. If you are going to take my money and advertise atleast edible food, provide it. I don't understand what I waited so long for if over half my meal was not cooked! I've never made a review before this, but this place has gone downhill and people should know before spending their money here that they serve frozen and cold food and say it's...

Very racist staff. On one occasion, i was denied coffee because "this is not Brampton" as the young employee put it. On another occasion, when we ordered fries, I got the response "black?" He repeatedly asked that until i answered with a "no". Only after that, he took our order. For these fries we were made to wait because it was still "breakfast hour". And when we deciced to stroll around in Walmart during the wait time, we were followed there by a casually dressed woman, not sure if she was a staff member or another customer. Almost 10 minutes for a coffee and fries....fries were so loaded with salt, the dead sea called with a complaint. Coffee sat there for 10 minutes while the rest of the team struggled to make French fries happen. That being said the coffee was disgusting and burnt. That mouth opening being shut that long let the coffee steam itself into oblivion. Paid nearly 7$ for two parts garbage, one part disappointment. Do better. For the price being charged....do...better....un...acceptable....mostly upset about the quality of items, not the wait time. So don't let that possibly be...
