Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

Never in my life have I seen such a unprofessional manager. First off they have messed up 2 out of the last 3 orders made at my parents house. So they brought us an extra order of wings out of a bunch pf food and go to charge us for them, trying to figure out what they added, the driver already handed us the food, we asked do want us to give it back with the whole covid 19 thing ? Driver said no. Ok than 20min later into eating food the manager calls leaving a messaging and calling multiple times as we are trying to eat. Message saying he can't afford to give us the wings it well mess up his numbers he needs them back or he can give us a deal, at this point were already into those wings there were 6 people eating. Ok so now the next day he keeps calling my mother answers the phone he starts going on about how he's broke and needs the money that this will come out his pocket and hes having a really hard time at home with Bill's and really needs us to pay for his mess up....my mother to explain how they mess up so many times in the last month and how we loss money as well, ontop of we gave the driver over a $5 tip and they charged us over an extra $5 on the order when recalculating their mess up. The manager ended up hanging up on my mother after ranting about his personal life. Blows my mind how pizza hut can let this guy work for them, beyond unprofessional and this isn't the first time I've seen this guy act like this. He was once hitting on my ex girlfriend years ago saying shes so beautiful if she wanted a job there he would hire her right away....even tho hes more than twice her age. Pizza hut needs to get rid of this guy. They just lost 6 customers from this...

We went to Pizza Hut in Cornwall on Labor day 2017. Honestly, it was so deceiving that I had to write a review. It was around 18:30 on Monday night and it was Buffet Night at $10.99. There was maybe 10 persons maximum in the restaurant. The server suggested the buffet and we thought it was a good idea. Bad choice... Sorry, but you don't have a lot of choices in the buffet. Cesar salad, 1 choice of pasta salad, 1 choice of hot pasta, 1 choice of meat sauce and 3 choices of pizza, garlic bread and cinnaparts as dessert. Maybe it was a slow night...I don't know! The cesar salad was fresh and the cold pasta salad was good. The pasta (spaghetti) was dry and all stuck together. Sitting there probably for a while. I took a chance but had to leave my plate untouched. The meat sauce was left with about 1 inch at the bottom of the bowl and was so thick, you new is was sitting there for a long time also. Same thing for the 3 pizzas. The dessert (cinnaparts) were hard has a rock. We advised the server and they replaced the pasta and at least 1 kind of pizza. I think it's better if you order your pizza and your pasta directly from the menu. The buffet if the restaurant isn't busy is not a good idea. Sorry but it was...

The staff are extremely friendly, if you show up close to the end of the buffet time they welcome you in and they keep the buffet running until you are done eating. My only complaint in the reason I'm giving the place 2 stars is because the service was great but myself and my whole family got food poisoning. The pizza was undercooked, when I called and informed them of this they were extremely understanding let alone apologetic and offered and gave us a full refund. I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence but given the fact that all five of us we're Beyond ill and had to go to the hospital. I would save Haley coves attention to what's going on in the buffet if that's where you eat. But if sure if you order something off menu specifically for your table it would not have...
