Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Oshawa

Don't know if the people working there are the same now, they were Asian, but in my experience here they rush making the pizza and for some reason they are really short with toppings. There was next to no toppings which were placed in the middle of the pizza, a big crust with a little bit of sauce and next to no cheese. It was dry and lacking flavor. Also, they use half the amount of pepperoni in the panzerotti then at some other locations I have been. I don't think I'll be going back there again.

Also, watch out for Quinzos down the street. I ordered a veggie avocado sub and when I got home there was no avocado, next to no toppings and there was cheese which I never asked for. My mother asked for extra lettuce and there was barely any on her sub. It was very strange. The East Indian lady made my sandwich behind a big wall where I couldn't see unlike Subway where you can watch them prepare your sub. I called the head office and they gave me a "report number" and said they'd get back to me. I called several times over the course of 2 years until finally I went to a Quiznos and said I have a report number and would like to get my replacement sub and the girl said she couldn't help me. So I asked her to call her manager which brought me back to this East Indian man on the phone and I said to him that I want this dealt with now. He then claimed that he couldn't because he is owed money and can't afford to replace my sub. I will be calling the better...

I would give a 5 star review but because of the people who hang out outside the store, inside the store and in the washrooms it makes my stare review low. If you need to use the washroom I HIGHLY recommend that you hold it until you get home where you know it's safe, my husband and son went in the washroom just to wash their hands when they came out they were disgusted with how bad it was. There were about 50 used needles everywhere without the safety caps, feces all over the toilet/wall, the toilet seat was sideways etc. My suggestion to possibly help with this issue is have a staff member push a button to unlock the washroom door and if a user is going to go in a use have a disposable needle garbage bin so the user can dispose of their needles safely and properly. The staff here a very nice people and they do what they can to help all their customers in a timely manner, they are very polite and if a mistake happens; giving a wrong pizza, they let you keep it and they also give you the proper...

Horrible location of all the Pizza Pizza franchise 🍕 this place is ridiculous. Didn't give me some of my order first off. Then after being on the phone for almost 2 hours and being credited for it then going back. Throwing my Pizzas on the counter and I mean literally. Plus I had to ask for my dipping sauce. Honestly then finding out the party size . Has been changed to remove four slices. By giving you two separate pizzas as a party size. From 24 slices to 20 ! I am now going back to Pizza Nova 24 slices. Might be a little more expensive but. My order is always right and no one is rude.

Giving people an option to rectify, but with no code or any way to dispute is absolutely ridiculous. Like I said back to Pizza Nova I go .
