Amazing Italian pizza made-to-order, baked fresh in a large oven or hot and ready by-the-slice. Dough is prepared daily, sauce is made in-house and the toppings are fresh. The crust is a perfect balance of chew, soft and crunch. Service was punctual, polite and professional. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan pizzas as well as calzones and salads. If you're really hungry or have many mouths to feed they offer a Jumbo pizza. Location is a busy downtown storefront. The street is one-way with parallel pay-parking (free 2-hr after 6pm) which fills up fast at peak times. There is minimal seating inside with just a few tables. Inside is cramped during peak times with multiple customers ordering, waiting and dining in. Prices are a medium to high, but on par for a gourmet pizza. The means justifies the end as you enjoy a great tasting pizza.

This place used to be one of our favorites, but the quality and service have really gone downhill. After waiting over an hour and spending more than $50 (plus a generous tip), our pizza arrived completely burnt—black on the bottom and not edible. When I called to address the issue, I was told it “wasn’t burnt” and that’s just how they cook their pizzas, which was incredibly dismissive. They eventually offered to send a replacement, but only if we returned the original, leaving us to wait another 45 minutes—hungry and frustrated. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer care. It’s unfortunate, because this used to be such a great spot, but after this experience, we won’t be ordering again.

We used to order from this place religiously and always had a pleasant experience. Until we had a bad run of constantly bad calzones that were burnt. We stopped ordering for a year and decided to give it try again as we thought it may have just been a bad cook at the time. However our first delivery order in a year, we received two burnt calzones again. I'm shocked that they could even allow this to leave the facility. I would have rather waited longer for a not burnt calzone than this. We ended up throwing the majority of it out. I think I've finally given up on this place. Please have higher quality control standards for the food you provide.

charged us for 2 pizzas we did not get and ignored all our calls and emails to fix problem.horrible. no way to keep customers, you owe us 44.63 you know where we live. drop it off

just called and we thought they were going to say yes, we will reimburse you, instead he makes fun of my wife and said she clearly does not know how payment systems work. After she told him she has been in the restaurant business for 30 years. He said...recorded "well systems 30 years ago..." that is when she hung up. Making fun of people, taking their money for no service provided, telling us we had not contacted them before, calling us aggressive. Yes, the email was strongly worded as we and Mastercard have been trying to get the money back since APRIL 24th. There is no excuse in belittling someone who has been in the business longer than you have been alive. It is clear, since you have only recently added online payments, that it is you who is unfamiliar with payment systems. We have ordered from you numerous times, since you opened, and have had you send dozens of pizzas all over Oshawa when we have events. We had always paid you at the door with NO ISSUESYou are now using PayPal, which is great for you. Problem is, now you are charging us and we do not get the product. Too bad for us huh?

Please...

What a disappointment it's 2:23 on on Wednesday afternoon walk in to get a pizza slice they have some of their specialty pizzas already made with only a couple slices left in each spot when I had mentioned oh there's no pepperoni and then I said okay so how long to make me one and they said oh well as long as it takes us to make the pizza I said okay but I just want to get the slice and they said oh no sorry you can't just buy the slice you have to buy a full Pizza we stopped making pizzas after 2:00 for slices so I had mentioned to them you think that you would have the cheese and the pepperoni up here instead of all this specialty stuff with feta cheese and olives and tomatoes and all kinds of other stuff that maybe the average person doesn't like you think they would have a pepperoni pizza ready so they could serve the average person walking in very disappointed with this business this has been time and time again I come here to get a slice and this is the exact same scenario and the people who work there have no problem telling you the only way they will make you any food as if you buy a whole pizza strongly suggest going to any other pizza place than this I mean it's midday I can't even get a pepperoni pizza slice you should not be...

My husband and I have seen this pizza shop next door to our regular bubble tea spot for sometime now. He was excited about trying them out, I didn’t care so much to.

He bought a cheese slice, only for us to get half way down the road and half way through his pizza slice he pulled out a long piece of HAIR that was baked in between the cheese and sauce.

Immediately I turned around and he went in to show it to the girls at the counter (ALLY), he request a refund and they DENIED him. They claimed that they didn’t know how to. Then proceeded to take the pizza and threw it in the garbage getting rid of the evidence.

When we requested to speak with the owner/manager they said that he wasn’t in and they couldn’t give us the managers name. Basically taking no accountability for their actions, or even trying to rectify their mistakes.

The customer service was trash and they have no care in the world for how they treat customers. Not only was the food not edible but they kept our money too. Thieves.

I already had a bad feeling about this place and this entire experience had proved exactly why I was hesitant to give them a try in the first place. Lesson learned! & I’ll be sure to continue letting everyone I know not to give them their...
