ZERO STARS! Bad experience from start to finish! I hardly write a bad review and always go to the manager first with my concerns however this place does not seem to care. We went here on Saturday January 21,2017 for breakfast as it is close to where we live. The server sat us at a table that had just finished eating. She took the dishes away but did not wipe the table. I had to remove the hair off the table that was probably left from the patron before. Judging by our service and experience i'm assuming the hair was the server's tip!

The server took our order and almost 35 minutes later we were served our cold and tasteless food. We took a few bites and were very disappointed. We could not eat it. The server asked if there was something wrong and we told her it was cold and did not have any flavor. She apologized and asked if we wanted to eat something else. We declined. She came back with our bill of $28.90, not adjusted in anyway for the cold and tasteless food. We had $30 cash on us not realizing they do not take debit or credit. We handed her the $30 and she said "there is an atm in the corner you can use". Seriously? the food was bad, it took forever to get it, you did not wipe off our table and you want me to spend money for a service fee at an atm to give you more for a tip??? We left and i had called back later that day to ask for the manager since they were not in while we were having breakfast. The person who I spoke to and who thought was the manager told me " well we are very busy today but I'll take down your number and have the manager call you". She didn't even seem to care. I waited for the manager to call and they did not. I called again today and the person who answered said they will be in tomorrow. I asked if they had email or another number to call she said no. I asked if she can take my name and number again and have the manager call me. She told me it was better for me to call back tomorrow. At this point i'm hoping this review will reach them and they can do something to change the bad reviews that have been written in the past 8 months. I should have read the reviews prior to going as i would not have spent my hard earned money only to have it literally go...

We were a party of 4 looking for a breakfast location. The other establishments in the area all had line ups so we found ourselves at The Bramasole Diner. Our waitress was very pleasant and the food was very respectable.

This establishment is cash only. I can appreciate that transaction fees eat into profits when ordering low cost items. This particular establishments pricing is on par with other local establishments who accept card transactions. Breakfast for 4 was $80 for basic bacon and eggs.. nothing elaborate.

There is a sign indicating the only method of payment is cash. We sat down after the polite waitress advised us that there is a cash machine in the back of the restaurant. We decided to stay and enjoy our breakfast. When it came time to pay, the cash machine was out of service due to no funds. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and she grabbed a key and put some money into the machine. This establishment must own this machine. I was beside myself as they charge a $2 fee to withdraw money. She did not deposit enough money into the machine for me to cover the bill. Once again I brought it to her attention and one of the cooks came to replenish again. I said I need another $2 to make another transaction? They directed me to a bank machine down the street which was not my bank and charged me $3 for the transaction. I had to pay $5 of transaction fees just to settle the bill. It's about principal not the $5. I'm wandering down the road simply trying to find money to pay the bill and tip the waitress. Absurd..

I can appreciate the establishment not wanting to incur fees but I had to pay more just to settle up. If these folks own this machine which they had the key for just know that if you access it, this is a hidden cost the consumer will pay.

The management was not fazed by this experience we had in their establishment. We were all upset at this. We know why other places in the area are busy and this place was almost empty.

The sad thing is our waitress was great and the food was good. Do better. It was very disappointing. ...

If I could, I’d give them -5 stars.

We arrived, on a lovely Saturday, looking to have a nice brunch at a nice restaurant. As soon as we arrived, we had to sit ourselves, one of us had to stand up and get the menu because no one had come to our table after 20 minutes.

After another long while, someone came to take our orders, and then came back in a bad mood, dropping the cutlery carelessly on the table, not waiting for us to finish the sentence and interrupting us the whole time.

It took them literally ONE hour, and once the food SLOWLY started to arrive, the orders were wrong, the food was cold and it was then that we knew, the waitress had forgotten about us.

When we told her we were not going to pay for the food, and that we did not want any of it anymore, both the waitress and the owner came to our table, in the worst possible manner, telling us they’d not let us back in the diner and not accepting that it was their fault and that waiting one hour for waffles and eggs was not a long time, which it actually is as we were not waiting for stake or lobsters at a five-star-restaurant.

We understand that it’s Saturday and it can be busy, but there’s no excuse for the way we were treated. We are very disappointed with the service, because we were expecting more.

And don’t worry about not letting us back in, because we weren’t planning...

Very, very okay. The eggs were a little watery and burnt on the bottom. The french toast and pancake were alright. The homestyle fries were a little odd with the cooked veggies mixed in. The bread was soggy. But the bacon, sausage, and orange juice were delicious. I am giving 2 stars instead of 3 because there is a very small sign that says cash only (they have an atm at the back), and we didnt really see it until we had been fully seated. We had to pay a $2 service charge to pay for our bill. Our server was alright, she barely checked on us but she was pleasant. Not really worth $40 for two people, probably won't be coming back again.

Don't come here if you want eggs benedict. I will say the waitress was nice and the decor is pretty cool: retro diner with lots of seating. But, the food was dreadful unfortunately, even for a diner's standards. The egg was way overcooked (requested soft but it was hard), the hollandaise wasn't fully emulsified (it was a little separated/broken and looked a bit grainy, but it actually tasted ok), and they just threw essentially raw onions on the potatoes (not carmalized at all, firm, and tasted raw)

This place has one of those 50s dinner vibes. Very nostalgic and very colourful. There are a few places that could use a little work. I came in for a vegetarian breakfast… not much on the menu for that… not even eggs Florentine. But I respect that they know their limitations. Otherwise, there were lots of non veggie options. I had the veggie breakfast… basically a regular breakfast with no meat so it is one of the cheapest tongs on the menu. Not as cheap as a greasy spoon.
