I came here before several times and had great experiences with friends but today I went with my brother for dine-in and got BURNED from their burger. I ordered their Juicy Lucy burger combo and as soon as I touched the burger with my hands ready to have my first bite (after letting the burger rest for a few minutes), the hot sizzling cheese popped out from the patty and squirted on my face, hair, chest and leg burning my skin from the EXTREMELY HOT cheese. It was definitely a painful surprise, I immediately rushed to the washroom to cool my skin and wash off the sticky cheese from my body and clothes. I did NOT expect the cheese to come out bursting like that and causing much damage (I always ordered this before and no accidents happened). After washing in the washroom and trying to self-heal my burning skin before more damage would happen, I went back to the servers and told them what happened, and their only response was "sorry"!! So you can burn as a customer and you wouldn't do anything to help? No first aid? No compensation? No warning that you might burn from the extremely hot cheese?!

They literally saw what was going on and kept going on with their orders. Bad customer service, 1 star is only good for the Tornado fries. It was definitely my worst experience and I will not recommend this place to anyone again. Imagine if a child was handling the burger and had to suffer more serious consequences? I'd suggest that Burger Factory should have a warning given to every customer when serving the burgers about the explosive hidden HOT cheese so no one gets hurt. Burns are a serious thing! Food should pass through a safe temperature-control check or a warning must be given. Sorry is not enough. Action...

I recently visited Burger Factory, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was super friendly and attentive.

Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW! Their burgers are next-level delicious! I ordered the Factory Special Burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh, and the buns were soft yet perfectly toasted. Every bite was bursting with flavor!

Not only are the burgers fantastic, but the fries were crispy and seasoned to perfection, and the milkshakes were thick, creamy, and absolutely delightful.
