This place ROCKS. Never heard of them until we got our "2 medium pizzas for $20" coupon appeared in our mailbox, so we thought, why not? That's a pretty good deal. When we called, we spoke with a rep named Laura, who was hysterical. I honestly didn't want to hang up because she was hilarious and just a delight to speak with. Never had a pizza call like that before. So they delivered to us on Bronson- they say 50 minutes, but it was delivered closer to 30 minutes from when we called. When the delivery man got here, he had three pizzas because Panago had accidentally added an extra ingredient on one of the pizzas. It was considered a mistake pizza, which they gave to us for FREE. So we received our two correct orders, plus an entire extra pizza for free. I honestly never write these kinds of reviews, but this was worth it. The service we received was above and beyond, and truthfully the pizza recipe is excellent. Even with an extra, technically incorrect order, it was quick delivery and piping hot when we dug in. I even got a call this morning from Panago, and they said they were putting a $5 credit on my account tied to my phone number. Amazing. We made an order in August and the order was 1.5 hours late and had to call back numerous times to finally get it. It was also very inconvenient because anytime we would call it would bring us general phone number and not the actual location or delivery driver; because of the inconvenience they gave us our order free and like 150$ credit and if we wanted to use the credit for future use to just call and say our phone number that’s all we were told and now when we try to order tonight and they tell us our credit has expired but they never told us there was an expiry date on the credit which I find very shady and frustrating. If we knew this then we would’ve ordered before the expiry date. We explained this to them and they told us there is nothing they can do and instead gave us 10$ off our own order.
