I stumbled upon this place without any planning. Just walking by and stopped for Pho… so going in blind here is an honest review. Seating was no issue. It was busy but there were seats available. Our server arrived at the table quickly with cups of water in red solo cups. Not a big deal and as for hygiene… no washing needed so never used by anyone. Water was cold and quickly at the table. Our server was kind and friendly enough. Not super conversational or helpful but we didn’t need anything more. We orderded Goyza which was good and fairly priced. Came quick and hot. Our green tea was served in the cup with a tea bag. I won’t reorder this. Nothing special here for 3$ a cup. It was as expected but can be done easily at home. Our Pho was presented beautifully on a wooden tray with the trimmings served separately for each person. It was very very good and priced well! I’ll definitely recommend the Pho. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will try something new next time. Some details were lacking but nothing that would impact the actual value for the food or...

I'm writing this feedback with delay (I was there on Tuesday 3rd October 2023 with a friend). I don't write comments that often but the pho and the service did earn it! I cannot vouch for any other food options as I only had the Pho.

A bit surprised at first by the options available given the name of the place (Lady Pho that also proposes non-vietnamese food) but very happy I tried it out as the Pho was very very good!!

And so was the service! The soup was served with 2 pieces of lime which I both used. Of course it was possible to adjust the soup with additional chili or sauce, but it was just fine for me with the 2 limes. The aromatic herbs were also fresh and with their expected light perfumes.

I appreciated the soup even more after having another pho later on that week in Montréal, which then felt only ok compared to the one I had at Lady Pho.

If I ever go back to Ottawa again and want to have a Pho I'll go...
