The service has greatly improved. So I raised the rating to 5 🌟. Now they actually ask someone if you want them to open the order so that you can approve it on the spot. That's awesome. Thanks guys.

Bad service. The guy was disrespectful when I called about the almost absent plantains in my order. He insisted that they just approximate the quantity and he said that there is nothing he could do about that. The he started saying "if you called to make yourself feel better ..." ... and that's when I hung up. I didn't want to hear the rest of his sentence. So unbelievable. Not only the order was lacking the usual quantity of plantain, but I had ordered non spicy and got served a spicy hot fish (Tilapia). The kids couldn't eat it. The same guy was insisting over the phone that it was not spicy.

Worse service ever. I will die of hunger before ordering again from the Dalhousie location. The picture shows how the bottom of the plate was visible before we even touched it.

Chicken was fresh and piping hot. Medium is still plenty spicy, think almost Hot wings hot. Was borderline too hot for kids but they still loved it (you can choose from non-spicy to hot). Whole chicken was served chopped into bits and was tender and perfectly cooked. The shop's Magic Powder can be had to spice it up further - the stuff is incredible. As for sides we had rice, friend plantain and fries. Fries were the crispy type and were good. Rice was filled with herbs and mixed veggies like carrots and peas it arrived hot and buttery good. Plantain was almost crispy with a hint of sweet banana flavor. Next to the chicken it was my favorite thing.

Staff are great going as far as to let the kids try a couple drinks they'd never had before they made up their minds.

The best place for charcoal grilled chicken!

We were simply walking downtown when we were attacked by a delightful smell! I kinda knew this place was around here somewhere, but had totally forgotten!

We followed our noses down the street…it was the wrong street. A quick google maps check later and we were on our way.

We spent about 30 mins debating if a chicken leg was just a drumstick or a drumstick and thigh or if the chicken breast would be filling.

After 30 mins we ordered very reasonably priced

Chicken leg - plantain - rice (2 sides) for ~ $15 per person! Very filling and a delicious dinner.

Customer service was very nice and everything was explained to us patiently. I have pretty high spice tolerance, so even the very spicy was mild at best, chicken is flavourful but not spicy, plantains very well cooked and the rice filled with veggies was also fragrant

Based on my standard P2P Ratio, I would visit again. Decent meal...
