After being a long time customer for years this location has treated me so terribly and i can only hope they fire the guy who caused this issue. After returning to this location to let them know the last sandwich i ordered was under cooked and made me sick and they didnt put any garlic sauce, so basically the entire sandwich was ruined and made me sick, and i was gonna let it go and order a new sandwich and asked that they make sure it was cooked properly this time and that they put garlic sauce, i didn't mean extra garlic sauce or mayo i just meant to make it the way it was supposed to be.
no issue until the guy who made the sandwich walked over and said he made it with extra mayo, so i said i didnt ask for extra mayo but i said i wanted a garlic sandwich he says again its got it ya it has mayo he says again, not trying to be racist but he just couldnt speak English well and i was trying to understand what he meant and if i was getting the right sandwich i had ordered again after having a terrible experience last time. so now confused i tried to see if he meant mayo or garlic sauce, wich he then starts being rude to me saying he dosnt need no English lesson from me basically starting a fight with me, managers no where to be found and they barely helped or controlled their employee.
in the end i asked for a refund as i had gotten fed up with treatment for a place i had been regular for years and clearly lately they have a staffing issue and training issue. Do not go here if you want to get teh food you order and not get sick from under cooked food. sadly i have to make this review and complaint and so upset with my treatment i will go all the way to head office where ever to make sure they take responsibility for this treatment as a regular customer.
PS the sandwich wasnt made properly after checking while getting a refund and has added thsi time in this case maybe 3x garlic sauce, i didnt ask for that much wich i could tell ruined the sandwich too, i just wanted it cooked properly and with the right amount of garlic it was supposed to come with and him telling me it was mayo and took minutes plus him calling me racist basicly for just trying to understand what he said. i literally don't care if you make english mistakes or here learning, nothing wrong with that but dont get angry and aggressive when someone is trying to understand you and going out of their way to be friendly even to try and make sense of things sometimes, but when you get angry and yell at customers your now a POS and you should be fired, not acceptable and im sick of most things in Ontario just not working properly because of issues like this or just lazy dumb people in general. not the same in...

The gravy was not even half full. I've eaten at many locations for this chain and have a fair idea of what amount is in the small gravy. They looked at me and suggested this was the usual amount. But offered me another anyway. Right off the heating rack behind him he hands me a pre-made one. Full... so clearly I got one that was not full in the first place. I took one bite of my chicken and could taste the raw. I opened it up and blood was still coming out of the veins. Raw blood. I placed it on a napkin that ended up red with raw blood from the chicken. I waited patiently for the counter to clear to adress the raw chicken. Did not want to do that infront of the other guests. A cook from the back came out to the fountain machine for a drink. I politely asked her to come to the table and showed her the chicken. She cringed at it. Said yes that's not cooked. What do you want?. I asked for a cooked one please. She left the table and left the raw chicken with us. Never came back. Seen another man come from the back shortly after. I did the same. Showed them the chicken and asked if I could just get a new piece. Same result. Went to the back and vanished. Finally we went to the counter and showed them. We got told to just throw it out and they brought a new piece to the table. By this time my apatite was long gone. Not an apology. Nothing.
