I go through this drive thru regularly as it is closest location to my house. However, everytime I go here the customer service is horrendous.
The woman at the window is taking orders for the speaker at the same time as passing orders out and taking payments. She doesn't smile, say hi, nothing. Just shoves the machine at you while taking someone else's order on a headset. Then proceeds to shove the food out of the window and sighs if you don't take it fast enough.
Not only this, everytime the order is wrong or they are out of product. EVERYTIME. It is clear they are trying to keep their drive thru times down but the terrible service is inexcusable. As someone who has worked in customer service and owns my own business, I would never treat a paying customer with this level of lack of care. It is clear they are doing this to save money instead of having one more person work at the window separate from the order taker. Honestly, the owner needs to hire staff that are even the slightest bit friendly. And they should go thru their own drive-thru when they don't know it's them to see just how...

I ordered inside while in a hurry for work, and it took about 5 minutes just to place my order. After paying, I waited another 15 minutes while the staff focused almost entirely on the drive-thru because they’re timed there. There was a big line inside, and it wasn’t until another employee walked in and asked if we were “the line” that anyone began serving those of us waiting for food.
I ordered a Double Farmer’s Wrap and a Maple Bacon, Egg & Cheese Farmer’s Wrap. The maple bacon wrap came with only egg and hash brown — no bacon. The double farmer’s had egg, hash brown, bacon but no sausage.

Read moreI go to this location fairly often as I work nearby, and I always notice the quality is much worse at this location and customer service is terrible. I was there on Saturday January 7th, waiting in line inside to order, at this time I had already been waiting 5+ minutes when no one was there when I walked in. I see a RAT peak its head out from behind the machines! It was running back and forth behind the coffee machines on the counter, and when I alerted the employees they laughed. Honestly considering never going to a Tim Hortons ever again after seeing that, disgusting. 100% would never recommend this...
