I don’t think that this is authentic at all , the noodle bowls were passable , most of the other dishes ordered were not very good , your service was really bad and the cleanliness of your washrooms were unacceptable, I private messaged you twice and I can see you read it , you should respond , Understand your a new restaurant, that’s why we came by , sorry to be so negative but this is how we learn , cheers, thankyou for your response but saying washrooms are all dirty doesn’t make it right , We have gone to many restaurants with sparkling washrooms . I did contact you privately twice with no response , on your chat option , you should have dealt with our concerns that way , I can see they were read so ???As we sat happily ? , We were with company , I might add that the Singapore noodle dish was 10 minutes plus after my bowl was served ,and I did comment to your young girl about the food without embarrassing myself in front of friends …. I LOVE pho and this was the worst bowl I’ve ever eaten. Broth smells/tastes only of fish sauce, beef “strip loin” was all fat and gristle, noodles were more like spaghetti and all this for $20/bowl. Wouldn’t have ranted if the service made up for it but I waited 15mins while the server had her back to the restaurant chatting with another table. Gave her my honest feedback (even that the meatballs were actually delicious) and she just proceeded to ring me up. I asked if she was comfortable charging me full price for food I didn’t eat and she went to the back to get the owners permission to charge me half price. Terrible. If they made it right, I’d be back at least one per week, instead that was my first and last visit. I wish Baba Express was...

Wow....just wow...the food here is amazing. We love Vietnamese food and this is the best we've ever had. So many dishes we have never seen and clearly these dishes are the real deal. We had 2 kind of salad rolls. 1 was traditional and the other with egg, jicama and mint. The deep fried pork rolls are to die for and both of our main dishes were great. Hubby had the pho with chicken and I had the singapor noodles with shrimp and the flavor just blew my mind. The price tag was honestly way cheaper then I thought it was going to be....also recommend a pot of the Vietnamese tea. We live 3 hours away and we will be back without a doubt,...
