This place is great! Lots of great keto foods. You get to deal with the owner. He is very knowledgeable. Just to mention a few products they have: keto bread (made in store), keto bread mix so you can make your own (it is excellent keto bread too!), keto snacks, keto desserts (made in store again) including keto Nanaimo bars, keto cheesecake, keto carrot cake, the best keto ice cream (Enlightened brand), keto pizza and keto perogies (made in store), and many more products of course Some items may seem a little pricey but you probably couldn't make most items yourself much or any cheaper...and you are supporting a local...

I have to say that my husband and I love Simply Keto. Since we changed our eating lifestyle, three years ago, this store has been a god-send with their products. We stop in about twice a month (It's an hour and twenty min. commute for us) to stock up. The owner and his wife are always so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
