We had an enjoyable lunch at the Québec City Les Enfants Terrible. The day was sunny and mild so we sat out on the patio which had large canopies and plenty of shade. Our server was friendly and attentive and humoured our request that our sons order in French as they are in French immersion classes back in Ontario.
We started with the Fried Calamari and my wife had the Mushroom Arancini. Both were delicious. I especially liked the cream sauce of the arancini. For the main dish I ordered the Duck, Endives, Arugula and Blue Cheese. The flavour combination of the ingredients was surprisingly good. I paired the duck with a local raspberry wheat beer and they worked very well together. My sons had the Mac & Cheese and the Fried Chicken Burger which they both said they enjoyed.
Overall, a very enjoyable lunch on the patio on a sunny day in the summer. Pretty ideal!...

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give negative stars for service, I would. I am writing this as I sit here waiting for the waitress, who has only visited our table one time so far… and we’ve been here for 65 minutes. It took her nearly 20 minutes to show up the first time. It’s like we are invisible. The appetizers showed up after about 50 minutes. They were OK. We’ll be eating the entrees angry, so there’s no point in reviewing those. Still waiting on the second drink, which was promised 25 minutes ago from another server I was able to flag down. There are way too many great places in Quebec to waste your time and money...

Restaurant À FUIR….Aujourd’hui 23 juin nous nous sommes arrêtés pour y manger un burger et Mon Dieu ! Comment la MAPAQ laisse un restaurant de la sorte encore ouvert? L’état des cuisines est pitoyable nourriture qui traîne sur le pass pendant 1h, bacon noir comme du charbon, frites minuscules grasses comme j’ai rarement vu ! Climatisation qui goutte sur les tables, les serveurs qui s’engueulent devant la clientèle etc etc…Pire restaurant de toute la grande allée assurément, un manque d’hygiène et d e professionnalisme flagrant, 80$ pour 2 coronas, un burger brûlé et une salade grecque sans tomates ni salades ni poivrons ! Oufffff et en plus ils démarrent leurs pourboires à 18% alors que la normale actuelle c’est 15% minimum…Pas fort, Restaurant À FUIR….Aujourd’hui 23 juin nous nous sommes arrêtés pour y manger un burger et Mon Dieu !
