Visiting from out of town...I had seen this place before but had always been a bit leery of it what with the homeless people around downtown on a weekend. But necessity called and we stopped in here. Sur...prize!!! The owners were friendly and very helpful (even providing reading glasses for my temporary use!) The restaurant was simple but they have a fairly extensive menu (but not like the big chain places...just a simple light meal, which is all we wanted) and the restaurant is very clean. Our food was very good, all made to order and seemingly not "too much" out of a can (my chicken soup, I ate every drop).

But all is well done! Kids had grill cheese sandwiches which came with soup, chips and a pickle. Reasonably priced! Soup has lots of fresh ingredients and is a hearty step up from a chain restaurant.
