Arby's — Restaurant in Regina

We ordered through Uber eats and we posted a message for the sauces which we didn’t get and called the Branch where he said he noted the name and will compensate with a free meal and once we drove there to get the free meal the guy said this is an Uber eats problem and it’s not his problem then my Husband was explaining himself that why didn’t they told us this on the phone so we won’t waste our time driving and the person there said everything is being recorded and I will ask you to leave the store and my husband replied I didn’t do anything wrong and I am just explaining myself then the staff said I will call the police ( He said he is the assistant manager) the lady staff was understanding and she handled the situation and we appreciate her but for him , he was extremely unprofessional and I hope they replace him with staff who can handle customer care better because that’s his job (...

The lady working the drive through was completely arrogant.. we asked for some sauce. Just for some sauce, we only received one and wanted some more for the COUPLE of meals we got. I think that’s understandable. So we waited for her to come back and ask us what we needed as she was standing there doing nothing anyway.. she looked at us multiple times before walking away and gabbing some cups to make some milkshakes. The machine ran out of icream and before even helping us she looks at us and went to go fix it. As if just asking us what we needed would take so long. So we knocked on the window and got nothing. Knocked again and she finally came. She came to the window and says “what” … just zero customer service and made us sit there for 5 min or more just to get some sauce after she saw us multiple times. I have always been a big Arby's guy, but haven't eaten there in awhile. Got a 1/2lb RB sandwich & curly fries (it was my cheat day). Had my curly fries (LOVE the packaging they used for the fries), enjoyed them.

Grabbed my sandwich and flipped it over so that I could get a better grip and saw mold on the bottom of my bun.

I have a thing about mold so I took out most of the roast beef, put it on my own bread and threw the rest of it in the garbage. What a waste!

I did end up calling the restaurant back and the manager on duty was extremely apologetic and said he would check the entire inventory.

I have eaten more meals at Arby's in my lifetime than I care to admit, and I can assure you that this is the very 1st time anything like this has happened.

Manager was extremely good about it but I think I still would have ensured I got compensated with a free meal or...
