Worst experience. Restaurant had maybe 4 or five tables of people (so not busy) we went to order, and the person at the front was on the phone. Didn't acknowledge us, just kept chatting on the phone. Then she left the front area, went around the corner, and continued her conversation, finally someone else showed up- he was older than the average age of the staff and didn't have a uniform on - he says, she is laughing, so she will be done soon. (I am thinking - really- her "fun" phone call is more important than taking orders from paying customers) We waited close to 5 min for her to take our order. We went and sat down to wait for our food. The person in line behind us got his food, there were 2 takeout orders that went out ahead of our food order. My husband went up to the counter to wait, saw his food sitting there, came back to the table and said his food was sitting getting cold. Finally the buzzer went off, I went to the counter to get our food, and my order was wrong. I told her it was wrong and what I had ordered, she argued with me and told me that the chicken BLT wrap was what I ordered, as I can't eat tomatoes, and because I knew what I ordered, I knew I did not order that. I pushed the plate back on the counter closer to her and said that I couldn't eat that. She gave me a dirty look, my husband came up asked what was wrong, and I said they got my order wrong- another woman came over, asked the issue- my husband told her my order was wrong, and to tell the other girl to wipe the dirty look off her face, she said I "threw" food at her, I definitely did not throw food at her. I pushed the tray closer to her to reach easier. My husband asked for our money back - the older gentleman comes over and says to calm down, and no we couldn't have our money back, the other woman, said she would refund us, went to the till and gave us our money back, and we left. It was the most horrible experience, I don't recall the last time I was ignored and then told I ordered something I hadn't. It's sad because we used to frequent this restaurant quite a bit before the pandemic. Maybe new ownership, maybe lack of training, maybe they just don't care, who knows, but I know we won't be back, and we won't be recommending anyone else go...
Read moreMediocre milkshakes and Gross burgers. Place was loud and reminded me of a highschool cafeteria, the staff was either super fake happy or depressingly angered at the very fact that you are there to pick your burger up. After you pick up your monster of a burg, you go to a very cafeteria like line where you choose toppings and sauces and put them on yourself. All the veggies were old and gross; the sauce dispensers shot out sauce like a machine gun, before you knew it, you had enough ketchup to last a week right there on your bun. Not sure why the burger cost so much if 50% of it was a DIY project without the necessary tools for success. After I almost went into cardiac arrest after eating the greasiest, most unappealing burger ever (and I like greasy food, trust me this was overkill) I got to the milkshake. Surly the milkshake has to be good, if they put so much emphasis on it — but no, the milkshake was so mediocre and bland, I wished I had just went to DQ; it was like drinking watered down plain vanilla ice cream, with a few chocolate shavings on top. You are better off saving your money — as well as a possible trip to the ER room — and just going to any other cheaper...
Read moreCheck the quality of the meat before adding toppings! I visited your establishment yesterday, hoping to enjoy a burger that lives up to the big name "World's Greatest." I ordered a burger with a turkey patty. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the product's quality. When I received my order, the patty had a distinct and unpleasant smell of unfresh meat. I immediately approached the staff, and to their credit, they replaced my burger with a new one with a chicken fillet without any issues. Despite the replacement, my appetite and mood were already ruined. From a restaurant with such a high reputation, one expects the strictest quality control, not a game of chance with the freshness of the key ingredient. A recommendation for other visitors: I strongly advise you to check the smell and quality of your patty as soon as you receive your order, before you add sauces, cheese, onions, and other toppings. All of these additions can easily mask the taste and smell of a poor-quality product. I hope the management will pay close attention to this incident and tighten their control over product freshness to truly match their...
