Booster Juice — Restaurant in Regina

I thought this place was suppose to be open at 8am on Saturdays? We were there at 8:05am and the place was in darkness. The employee showed up at 8:10am. When we gained entry into the place, it was extremely dirty. The floor hadn’t been cleaned in some time, the windows are streaky and the bathroom was unpleasant. When I asked the employee the hours of operation, she said they open at 8. To which I responded it’s 8:10am and you’re just opening. She got really snotty. I asked for the tv menus to be turned on so we could see our options, to which we were instructed to look at the paper menus on the counter as she hadn’t turn the tvs on again, because she was late arriving. We wanted smoothies and wraps but because she was late arriving, wraps were out of the question as the press wasn’t turned on soon enough. My smoothie was over blended and was the consistency of water. Won’t be visiting this...

I come here almost twice a week atleast, all employees are great today I got served by Zioa , excellent smoothie. But there is this one person Idk who is she but she was really rude and when i was just inquiring she in a really bad way told me , I an working here for 3 years so I know. This is not a correct way to deal with customer. Idk who she is, but the manager should take care of her. I also thought to cancel order but giving 4 stars just because of Zioa and other hardworking employees. But hope that Costumer caring should be taught to the rude person, she really needs training. I order Fresh wheatgrass double shots for my diabtic mom. She is drinking wheatgrass double shots from last 5 days at harbour landing Booster juice store. But unfortunatly, wheatgrass juice machine was not working today at harbour store and we went to albert store. Guy, who made the wheat grass juice added more water in shot then grass.
