Western Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

Ordered online and when I went to pick up my bill was $6.00 more than my on line bill. I told the server but she gave me some lame excuse that I ordered double bacon. I didn’t want to make a scene so said “don’t worry, I’ll just pay it”. When I opened up the pkg at home I saw the burger I ordered was wrong. I ordered a simple cheeseburger for $16.95 with added bacon at$2.00. What I got was their double burger for $20.95 plus extra bacon for $2.00. I definitely did not want two 5 oz,meat patties.

First kitchen Staff should cook what is ordered and the server should believe the customer when they say the bill is more than what I ordered online.

Not sure there will be a next time but I will be less polite and not worry about making a scene. I will be sure to pay ONLY what my online order says no matter what the kitchen cooked. Maybe this is their way of making a bigger sale....

Went to western PIZZA for their “HOUSE SPECIAL” it was gross, cold on the inside rock hard cheese on the top, had been sitting. The wings we ordered were soggy, you could tell they were sitting. The server didn’t come back and check on us, I had to go find her sitting in the corner on her phone. Tell her the pizza was cold her response was do you want us to put it back in the oven, this happens sometimes with the All dressed in which case I knew it would just get over cooked and hard. (this doesn’t happen with all Dress pizzas. I’ve ordered one from Triple 8 that arrived after 45 min on a delivery and it was hot all the way through and gooey cheese. This was the worst experience. Impressed! Delivered as promised, with friendly service, food at great temperature and humidity (not soggy). The clincher is the food quality! Taste is subjective. However, I believe we recognize various levels of value simply from the quality of ingredients used by the restaurant. This looks, smells and presents at an impressive level of value. I bet it is going to taste great. Regardless, the price of takeout has been quickly increasing with a highly noticeable decrease in quality. This place has seemingly stepped remarkably out of the the over priced sub-mediocre quality we have come to accept from take-out. This will happily feed me for days!...
