I used to love going here, but I had a recent negative experience on Saturday, March 6th. I realize we are in a pandemic. This is why I am friendly to wait staff no matter what, but especially during these times. But this particular waitress on Saturday was just plain awful. Not sure of her name, but she was a bit shorter with dark hair. To start it all off: I was with two of my friends who are foreign, they wanted to double-check to make sure we were on the list for a pool table, so they slowly and calmly asked her to confirm that. She very rudely and quickly replied "__ is taking care of that, right now I'm asking if you want any drinks". Umm ok. So we got drinks and eventually a pool table as well. Right now the rule is you can't drink your drinks at the pool table because you have to wear your mask at all times while playing, so we followed the rules and only went back to our table periodically to sip on our drinks. She did come to tell us when last call was, and then when it was close to closing time she comes over to me and says "You have five minutes to finish your game and your drink or I'm dumping it!" Okay but I'm in the middle of a pool game, and you said I'm not allowed to drink while I'm playing. Like I'm doing my best here. We were just about done our game but ended up dumping all the balls because she was being so rude, even though it wasn't even 11PM yet. Then she tried to over-charge us on our bills, until we caught it and asked her to correct it. Needless to say, I didn't tip her at all. And like I said, I do understand it is very stressful right now for business owners. Especially in the bar/restaurant industry and they have rules to follow or they could be fined. But I have been out to a few other places during the pandemic and have not been treated this horribly as a customer. I have been trying to support local businesses but this unfortunate experience will definitely deter my friends and I from returning here...

They always ask for id’s and one of my friends forgot their id (he’s 20+ btw) he was asked to leave the bar and he agreed but said he’ll just call an uber just to let them know. Then 5mins later one of the staff reminded him again to get out of the bar which he did, then the staff held him by his shoulder, and my friend told him to get his hands off of him while my friend was raising his hands in the air trying not to touch one of the staffs, while being escorted out. It escalated with the staff shoving him out from the exit. Another bigger staff shove him against the wall which is outside the bar. It de-escalated when another random guy separated them. I just don’t like the fact that they put their hands on him and shoving him out when he was already getting out of the bar. I think it was unnecessary for them to that. We are paying customers and we don’t pay them to shove anyone out. It could’ve been better if they handled it professionally instead of being aggressive towards paying customers. Read more0/5 service! Not the best customer service at all!! I made sure I asked for the name of the server so I can warn people about her. Lauren doesn’t fit the job as server. She was very unfriendly, not smilling, not accomodating, rushing with taking orders. One of our friends called her attention to add order, she just pass by as if she didn’t see us and when had chance to come to us she said never call her as she will just come to us. She was very rude. She ruined our supposed to be happy get-together with friends. We are still cathing up but she was rushing us to leave the place by asking us to just pay for the wings on the table even if we were still eating it. She was so ahead of us by bringing the receipt without even asking for it yet. Sooo rude!! Management should teach their employees how to provide a “customer service experience”. Be kind, it’s free!!!!
