If there was a possibility to give this company zero stars I absolutely 100% would, me and my daughter came here to have some lunch as we all know we’re in a middle of a pandemic and we are not allowed to eat inside Or on the patio therefore we decided we were going to sit on a public sidewalk by the building away from the doors so I would not be blocking anyone from entering the store, a lady comes out who works there and she says excuse me you can’t sit there you have to move. I was there today in the drive thru line to get my drink . i gave my order and started moving in the drive thru line towards the window.It took very long time for the DQ staff to complete the order of the vehicle in front of me and i was waiting for vey long time, which is not at all a normal wait time in a drive thru.Normally , if the order takes too long to complete they ask the client to wait in the parking lot and they bring the food to the vehicle.I have experienced it at many other fast food restaurants , but here i waited very long time and they didn't even ask the vehicle in front of me to park and wait. finally when i reached the window to get my drink , i asked the lady why they don't have a system like that and i told her i waited long time. Instead of apologizing or saying a single "sorry" to me she started arguing with me and told me "you only had to wait 5 minutes not longer than that". she was very rude and didn't seems to care about the inconvenience they put me through. I heard about the .50 cents ice cream from a friend on Sunday, so I walked there and when I arrived, I asked for the wifi password since it was locked. The guy working said they don't have wifi but on their website it says wifi available, but anyways I left and walked towards coop to try and get wifi. Then I pressed on the deal on the app and it said I had 15 minutes to retrieve it. Then I went back to the store and showed the same guy my code and he said he needed the barcode. But I had the number code and asked if he could just type it in which the app said they could do. He said no. So I had to walk back outside to use the wifi again to see if I could get the barcode which I could not. I walked back and forth at least 3 times and at the end of it all, my 15mins code expired.
