Subway — Restaurant in Regina

I wish i could give Zero start. I specially drove from south to harbour landing as i had good experience when there was old staff. I did not went to south subway which is 100 mtrs away to get good sandwiches but, it was my fault. I went in for takeout, lady did not acknowledge or say anything. She was handling other customer. Afterthat, without saying anything she went behind the counter. I have to call her and she was*Rude like hell. Second thing i took 12 inc veggie and 6inc chicken sandwiches one for me and for my frnd. While making my chicken sandwich she put tomatoes which i did felt it is good i told her to change the tomatoes she picked up from my chicken sandwiches and threw back into their tomatoes container. I know it goes into garbage bin. Veggies were not fresh not even 1 veggie was fresh. As per my knowledge and experience there are people who do not eat any meat and this lady have picked up same tomatoes from my chicken. Disgusting. I seriously threw my frnds 12 inch veggie as i was not sure wht she have done and not. Also quantity was like nothing she put 8 olives in my 12 inch veg sub. Please learn some manners to acknowledge the customer and be polite. I was in there tonight (it is September 8th, 2018) and there was one lady working I’m not sure what her name was but she was the only one there and had some very rude customers before us and then a skip the dishes order showed and it was obvious she was flustered. Once she was done taking care of the difficult customers in line before us, she ran to us to apologize and we told her to do the skip the dishes order first and that we could wait. She thanked us profusely for our patience and asked us to take a seat while we waited. Once she was done with the skip the dishes order she called us over and again apologized to us and said she felt like crying she was so overwhelmed and what we did for her was so nice. She took the time to make our sandwiches to perfection and was so so pleasant with us. With all the factors pushing against her, she pushed through it and still made such quality sandwiches and was so pleasant and apologetic. We had a wonderful experience because of her and I was compelled to leave this review in hopes that her boss finds out who was on shift this evening and praise her for her exceptional work and personality. The main issue was the shockingly low quantity of veggies in my sandwich. For a sandwich that’s supposed to be centered around vegetables, it was incredibly underwhelming. The veggie patty itself was thin and lacked flavor, and the additional toppings were almost nonexistent. I asked for the usual veggies – lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers – but what I got was a sad sprinkle of lettuce, one slice of tomato, and maybe two pieces of cucumber. The rest was just bread and a tiny patty. It felt like they were intentionally skimping on the ingredients. What’s the point of ordering a Veggie Patty sandwich if it’s not going to be loaded with fresh, flavorful vegetables? I chose Subway because I wanted a healthy, filling meal, but this was anything but that. The lack of veggies made the sandwich dry, bland, and completely unsatisfying.
