Five Guys — Restaurant in Regina

my point is they need to close this store. I worked at this company 7years ago when I was a student, I believe know this brand very well. I know the reason why owner's open few location because they really care about the quality for everything, food, service..... I order the food at rush hour, I found out when they made the fries, they didn't shake it and cook enough time base on my experience. I did not point out first time, because I know it is rush time, I know few people waiting behind me and they are starving. I got the fries, it is crispy, while, at lease it is fresh made! but, it is not soft inside, cooking fries is a simple way as long as u follow the company rules, do exactly what company told u to, no matter when! I only eat the burger, and I told them make the new fries, the manager barely understand what I told to him, he only say sorry more than 5 times, I believe he cant speak English very well, and he didn't get my point, so I show him how fries hard like a stone, but he thought I said too salty, we both wear masks because of covid. the manager made the fries again but not that salty compare with first time. I was laughing and gave up, he didn't get my point. I mean his attitude is right, he keep saying sorry!!! the second time made even worse!!! last time my friend told me five guys fries was not good, I was argue with him because I believe it is something wrong with the guy who cooked. Poor Management, Poor training, Five guys fries were fresh cut everyday, not frozen fries order from food factory, they wont service the fries if it is place for a long time, and they shake the fries. All the employee have to follow the company rules, not made things in their mind, because most people will say something wrong with company not something wrong with workers. just like they will say five guys fries wasn't good and hardly to believe problems came...

Have been here 2 times since January 2024 and a few occasions in 2023. Food quality is generally OK but most recent visit to this location a month ago was quite questionable where service and food quality was concerned. The staff took their sweet time in coming to the counter to take our order. Once order was placed the wait was lengthy as even though there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant in addition to us. They proceeded to prepare several deliveroo/door dash orders instead of preparing our order. Then, when we were finally served we discovered they hadn't bothered to even make the 2 milkshakes we ordered and were billed for. This again was another wait and most of our meal was finished before being served our milkshakes. At $56.00 for a small burger, regular burger, 1 order of frys and 2 shakes the expensive experience is irritating. Definitely feel service should be much better especially in a near empty restaurant. Absolutely not the 5 guys FANTASTIC, PERSONABLE, Prompt service we recently recieved at the Medicine Hat, or other locations of this restaurant. Also of note this is the second time the staff has been excessively adding condiments to burgers when extra condiments were not ordered. A wet hamburger was not pleasant. Didn't bother mentioning that fact to them as we had been delayed that day and I was quite literally starving at that point, and we were still trying to sort out the whereabouts of our milkshakes. Not very impressed with this...

I recently visited Five Guys, and it was a solid burger joint experience! The atmosphere is casual and lively, with a focus on quick service and fresh food. The burger was juicy, made to order, and packed with fresh toppings, though it can get a bit messy (in a good way). The customization options are a big plus; you can pile on as many toppings as you like at no extra cost.

The staff was friendly and efficient, despite the busy rush. The place was clean, though the open kitchen means it’s a bit noisy. Prices are on the higher side for fast food, but the quality justifies it. My only gripe? The wait time was a tad longer than expected, but nothing outrageous.

Overall, Five Guys delivers a reliable, tasty meal with a fun vibe. Perfect for a quick indulgence or a casual hangout. I will definitely be back for those...
