Was truly disappointed in the service here. It was busy and I expected a wait. When asked how long it would take for the order, I was told 10 minutes; acceptable for the supper hour. 29 minutes later the order was ready. No apology for the wait until I expressed that a half hour was entirely unreasonable. Dishonesty up front means I'll never go to Edo again. Don't lie to me just so I'll place an order. I ordered a veggie noodle bento box at the suggestion of the cashier when I told her I’m a vegetarian. Half way through I found a piece of meat in the noodles. If dietary needs can’t be respected, customers should be informed so they can take their business elsewhere. 0/10, if you’re a vegetarian do not eat here.

It was terrible the Udon noodle soup was made with water so no flavour. The sushi had no sushi vinegar in it and was tasteless. I could not believe the prices for flavourless food - the lack of flavour was due to not using the right seasoning and being cheap.
