Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

I don’t know the name of girl, she was working between 4-5 pm today, she was so mean and rude. we called them, she said our pickup time will be 4:15, we were there at like 4:10 , and she said the order is not ready , she just cut the call in between the conversation I tried to tell her we have an appointment at 4:15 so we can’t wait till then.

I mean thats so rude, I don’t know what she thinks of herself. She said we can’t place order again on phone we have to pay first. Its already 4:10 and she is saying we have to wait 10 min more. we cancelled our order. What a customer service you guys are giving to your customers. That girl doesn’t even know how to talk with customers. I will never ever visit...

I would never go back to this location...I ordered my pizza and I was waiting for it...one of the back person was sweeping the floor and suddenly she dropped everything and she was going to cut my pizza without washing her hands.

Not a good training...location is in good neighborhood but if they continue doing this then owner will have really hard time with customers and probably with health department because customers do notice all this when they order their food specifically when they are trying new place first time...As a new business you have to earn...

Fresh and tasty pizza for an amazing price. They claim to have certain items always ready to go between 4pm and 8pm, but I went around 6:30 and had to wait 15 minutes when I ordered a single item from that list($6.99 for half cheese sticks, half pepperoni pizza). All things considered, 15 minutes isn't a terrible wait, but when you have a guarantee you should really adhere to it as much as possible. If you can't follow through with the guarantee, then don't offer it. Or possibly offer a compensation when you fail on it. (IE, over five minutes, then free...
