Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Regina

I was excited to try the food but the customer service experience wasn’t, at all, pleasant. The man at the front till was polite, but seemed it in a condescending disposition, when taking our order. There wasn’t any Louisiana Hot Sauce packets! And when I asked if we could have some, he simply said, with a smile, that there wasn’t anymore left. I looked at him and exclaimed “come on, really?” He quickly told the other front till worker to check in the back, again... Okay... point taken, sir. I may have had a shocked tone in my voice and look on my face. Somehow, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, ran out of Louisiana Hot sauce? Anyways, the onion rings were very hard. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter, and I received 2 small thumb sized fish and 6 small shrimp and a handful of fries. I doubt this is what the platter is supposed to look like? The GF experience: My gf ordred and the man wasn’t at all enjoying her stumblings from the choices and options; Its all new and exciting to her. She remained oblivious until we received the chicken sandwich meal with a child-palm sized portion of fries. I mean, it literally was 10 fries. Now, I don’t like to assume any reasons of why we may have endured this experience but I’m going to chalk it up to envy or arrogance. Either way, this man shouldn’t be serving people with a disposition that makes a paying customer feel like a nuisance. I doubt we will go back, but we will let everyone of our, working class, acquaintances and friends/family the experience that we endured.

I doubt the franchise would approve of this and I’m curious what the owner would think about this as well.

I ordered 5 pic chicken tender combo tonight The male cashier was nice to me. Then a lady packed my chicken and gave the package to me without one single word, even though I said thank you. I started to eat and realized she did not put biscuit into my box. So I went back and asked her. She just gave me the biscuit without one single word again. I went back again cuz she forgot the spoon. Again, no word. after that, I found the 5th piece tender was just half size. I asked her for another piece when she passed by my table, but she was indifferent and pointed to the cashier and said ask him. Then she started to clean the carpet and shaked it over and over while I was siting beside and eating. I didn't go to get my half piece chicken, but decided to leave and...

I recently dined at Popeyes and had an outstanding experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly. From the moment we walked in, the service was prompt and attentive.

The menu offered a diverse range of delicious options, and the food exceeded my expectations. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors. I especially recommend trying Chicken Sandwich.

The attention to detail by the staff, including the server Sahib,made the evening memorable. The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal.

I appreciate the efforts of the entire team at Popeyes for delivering a top-notch dining experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this...
