New Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Regina

So terrible customer service. Last week we had an event. The lady at front has poor communication skills. She even interrupted at the end of our party throw our cake at the floor and throw my brother’s phone that is no longer in working condition. We paid our whole bill in the end but because of her intervention some of our guests didn’t even get the chance to eat their meals properly. The lady even blamed us for the broken door. Just for the information to let everyone know that in the hall there is a door on the stage. It has no sign that it cannot be used. some of my friends mistakenly used as it is for restroom door but it was not locked and open for the kitchen door. But the lady at front blamed us that we broke the lock that was not even locked. This restaurant can make excuses that anyone can be blame for the damages and their broken doors and floors that are all ready damaged. So terrible and worst experience and poor customer service. Went on to discover this nice eatery on the way back from an evening stroll.

Food is really good and "fresh".. We tried out chana bhature, roti and dal makhni and everything was delicious yet not uncomfortably spicy. It was gentle on your palette and stomach which we look for these days.

I will definitely recommend you to try out chana bhature since it was quite a large portion but so soft and fluffy.. chana melted in mouth..✌️

The lady at front desk was very welcoming and polite (too bad we never asked her name). She even served a complimentary lassi for our little child which is very kind gesture..

Overall, very good experience and if you are into North Indian cuisine, just go for it.. The interior might not be very fancy but if you are just looking for good food and not ambience, they are on point..

One request to owner - bathroom needs a bit more...

I explained to the person that was taking my order, I only can have a small amount of spice, so it has to be so extremely mild. I’d need my butter chicken and fish pakora, extra extra mild. She assured me that they could do that. I get home with the order, and, it was so extremely spicy, I could NOT eat it! I called the restaurant because I explicitly explained what I needed. I spoke with the same lady that took my order and explained to her that the meal was way too spicy and I can’t eat it. She says well, there are no chili peppers in there. She didn’t offer they would remake my order or offer to reimburse me. I’m greatly disappointed and...
