Tandoori Kabab — Restaurant in Regina

I recently dined at Tandoori Kabab located at 1207 Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 0B5, and I had a wonderful experience.

First and foremost, I was delighted to find that Tandoori Kabab is a halal Asian-style restaurant. As someone who prefers halal options, this was a great find for me. The management of the restaurant was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my meal. Their professionalism and customer service added to the overall positive dining experience. The restaurant was spotless, and the hygienic conditions were certainly commendable. It's evident that Tandoori Kabab places a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for their diners.

Tandoori Kabab offered a delectable selection of Asian dishes, and I must say, everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic, and each dish was expertly prepared. Went for dinner today April 30, 2023. This is our 3rd time at this restaurant.

Vast improvement since our last visit. Both in good quality, presentation and service.

They recently started a buffet which we wanted to try. Buffet setup is little different then other buffets. All veggie dishes are on the buffet but non veg dishes are served on the table. You can still order more non veg dishes if you want to.

Restaurant atmosphere was lively as there was birthday party going on at other side of the restaurant and main dining area was busy too.

Met the Owner Rakesh Chawla. He explained about new buffet, catering service, menu and restaurant food truck.

Fish Pakora, Butter Chicken and goat curry tasteful among non veg dishes and Veggie Manchurian, Daal and Paneer among veggie dishes.

Very friendly staff.

Went for dinner tonight. Ordered three BBQ platters along with Nan, salad followed by some sweet. BBQ platters only consist of chicken pieces and one sheek kebab. Chicken tasted fine but nothing special. sheek kebab tasted good but quantity was so less that didn’t get to enjoy it. Service was pretty average, after placing initial order I have to leave my table to ask for different things as server was not around after order is served. We were the only table occupied at that time. Paid $67 with tip. Price was reasonable but quantity was not...

My office month end lunch. 15 or so individual meals placed. We ordered several days in advance. Yesterday called to confirm that the order would arrive at 12, no one knew anything and we were on hold, then the manager came on the line and had our order and would deliver it himself. Today, 12:10pm we call, are told the order is ready and waiting for the pickup, so we mentioned the manager saying he is delivering. Person who answers says she will deliver.12:55pm- Food arrives and it is all in buffet pans. Nothing was labeled and very cold. I was in able to eat for another hour as the work has to continue in our office and everyone is starving. When I was able to get a portion I was unaware of what anything was because I order a combo for 1 and everything was just mixed together.anyway the flavor was ok, but was hours old.
