Fusion 28 — Restaurant in Regina

Rude server! We were the only ones who were approached after she passed us once and rolled her eyes while she was looking at our table( we were celebrating a birthday with my daughter who's out of the country). She went around and then told us that she can hear our conversation up to the other end of the room. I asked her then what's the difference between the conversations from the other table that we can clearly hear on our end. She said it's the background noise from the phone. I asked her what background noise when the whole place was loud with the different happy conversations that's going on. Her name is Jenna and she said, you're making this a big deal. You bet, I am, if we're the only ones you talked to regarding our conversation. She then told her co worker that Im rude. We heard her from her place on the other end, to our table. My point is, if we can hear her conversation and the dozen other conversations, why were we singled out when all of the customers were all having conversations that cam be heard by everyone. Our server was good, this server wasnt even our server, I asked our server about her, and she said that her name is Jenna. What a way to treat a customer and way to go to ruin a birthday...

This little Asian/Canadian restaurant is just super!! If you are looking for Asian food, or if you are just looking for a burger, then you’ve come to the right place. Fusions (as we call it) is a “fusion” of east and west foods, and the “28” is a lucky number to those who run and own this restaurant. Their Chinese food is really really good (the portions are really quite large, too!) and range from simple noodles to more complex Asian fare. The Canadian foods range from their famous breakfast (on sale until 11:00 am) to homemade soups to……. everything in between!!! Only somewhat bad thing I’d have to say? I wish they were open ALL hours, including the evening meal. They USE TO be open extended hours but Covid hit, and we all know what happened then. Now? We will take what is offered! The western style of their little dine-in or take-out restaurant isn’t so great, but their food makes up for any lacking of other things. Friendly waitresses (who speak English just FINE!) are always busy. In fact, some of their Canadian-born waitresses fit right in, making you feel like it really IS a fusion of culinary satisfaction.
