Sparky's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Regina

We have been ordering pizzas from Sparky’s for years. Tonight we ordered and first off the girl on the phone had no personality and was just dismissive. Second the pizza showed up and it was this little thin crust, it was about half as thick as normal and the pepperoni was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it. Worst of all is when I called to speak to the manager he literally treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and said “I sold hundreds of pizzas today and there were no complaints so if you don’t want to order from here don’t.” What a great way to treat loyal customers. He didn’t even offer to send a new pizza or give a refund. He offered $5 off our next order while like I said basically telling us to kick rocks. Not happy. Very disappointed in the hospitality. I love the environment here. The pizza is fantastic and has very nice prices. One time I asked if I could get a pizza here and they said "we're only doing pizza to go right now is that all right?" I was confused. I looked around and it didn't seem like they had issues with seating so I asked why that was. They responded "we've had issues in the past with people throwing pizza at the karaoke singers so we don't serve pizza while karaoke is going on." I laughed and said "that's fantastic!" To which they responded "Not if you were the one cleaning up." Of course if you want to have pizza and karaoke is going on but you want to sit down you could always sit down and pick up the pizza on your way out because they will hold on to it for you. Me and my boyfriend came in and ordered a small pizza, lasagna which came with garlic toast and a deluxe cheeseburger meal. The best part of the whole meal, was probably the price. :) then again, you get what you paid for. Cheap prices = cheap food. My boyfriends burger was overcooked and burnt. Fries weren't bad. My lasagna was basically half liquid. Maybe its because their sauce. Im not too sure, I even took the noodles out and still tried to eat it because it would be rude to leave a whole lasagna. It wasnt good at all. The garlic toast tasted off too, like maybe the bread was freezer burnt. The pizza was good, you can tell they tried with the pizza!
