DONT ORDER!!! OWNER IS SUPER DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY & charges money in service fees, for services he later won’t provide!! Clearl, this man is so hard up for cash, he charges a $4 delivery, when customers have to come pick up their orders?!?! This is clearly within the entire system of his operation, because his grown male staff, are too afraid to even make common sense decisions, within their workday. I order from the subway app, paying for delivery within 30 min. I receive an order, which wasn’t mine. I have to argue against the driver, who tells me to keep it. I call the store, to which I was told an owner would call me within 5 minutes, because they were able to take any rectifying actions, without the owners involvement?!?! I pay 3.99 to have this order delivered within 30 minutes and I have paid for the order, in advance. This man doesn’t call within 30 minutes, so I call again. Still, staff can’t do anything, stating I have to wait for him to phone me. This is happening over dinner, so apparently his store delivering my families dinner, was secondary to him having his family dinner. At any rate, after 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called again. I notified them I would be there in 10 minutes to get my order, which should include the refund of at very least, the delivery charge I paid, since I had to come and get it. He claims to have emailed me several times, despite not having received any, until the third complaint I filed through the subway app itself. He now dates he wishes to comp me a sandwich at his shop, despite may justified indication of the fact, I would never spend a cent in this store again. Why would anyone, when there are four other great locations, happily serving customers the same product, within the same distance as his store?!?! Fortunately for me, I have a little time on a Sunday and would rather communicate this way, then continue to fight for principles this man doesn’t value.
His poor staff, need someone to out his cheap , shady & disrespectful ways. You’re welcome boys & Im sorry you need a job badly enough to...
Read moreNot enjoying this Subway sub as I usually do. Here's why:
Not very fresh. The vegetables look fresh enough but the bread and meat did not taste is definitely off.
More importantly, the manager (owner?) attempted to rip me off. I have a coupon for "buy a sub and a 21 oz drink and get a second sub free". So I ordered 2 types of foot longs and was told I have to pay for the higher $9.99 priced one (which is fine), and I upgraded my drink to a $2.89 combo. When I went to pay, the cashier rang up a price of $24.82 - almost doubled what I was expecting to pay so I enquirer about it. Was told that I was charged for 2 combos (even though that would still not add up to the near $25). Told her I only needed 1 combo so she did her thing and the price is now just short of $17. Again, I told her that could not be right and she asked, "why not?" So I told her $12.88 plus taxes does not came to $17. She punch something on the cash register again and the machine display a total of $14.30. I said, "that seem about right" in which she responded, "no, it's not!" and went and change the total back to the $17. So I asked her how a $10 sub, a $3 combo and taxes add up to $17. She said the machine adds "a dollar" to my order so, of course, I wanted to know why. She could not (or would not) explain why but still wanted to charge me for it. I told her that there is no way I am going to pay that $1 (plus taxes) just because 'her' machine added it on. She responded under her own breath, "I guess I just have to override it", and it took her not even a second to push some button and it was back to $14.30. She was not happy!
Question: How many people have this person or this place ripped off? It SHOULD be investigated!!
Note: To those who may think I was cheap to argue about the $1. I am not and that is not the point!! It's the principle to "always" fight against people who wants to...
Read moreIts a general observation that been noticed. For food safety usually when you visit a buffet, you will come across a barrier called sneeze guard ..concept to avoid saliva contamination to the food served publicly. Wondering if authorities can bring it to practice for the servers by making them wearing a mask ..a simple solution since the servers are asking for your choice of bread..cheese..meat..veggies ...sauce ..condiment right over your food or over the all meats and salad kept by the counter top bar ..I think the saliva will follow gravity law rather flying away . This particular location I found couple things to remind for changing gloves serving every customer . Plus add a fly trap for more hygiene. Also while visiting in mall I have noticed the cleaners who takes used trays ..they wipe and returns it back to the vendors ..it does not get sanitized ..the 3 sink method. I don't think the spray bottle will be that effective as soaking it to solvent and have them air dry rather using same wipe again . Please share to reach this out to authorities if you find it relevant to implement so . Once all food vendors will wear a mask I will have my answer. Thank you for your patience reading this...
