Well here is an update on our wonderful Taco Bell here in Regina... My family and I went through the drive thru today Sunday on a long weekend and we place our order for a my box. The lady turn to tell us that sorry. We can't give you french fries with your order.Because we're running out and keeping them for deliveries only??!!! This blew my mind as one who has family, who owns multiple franchises and are certain that Taco Bell has the same kind. Of rules to follow that you need to properly order. This is why there's a walk in fridge. This is why there's a walk in freezer so that you have backup stock. Maybe they got busy sure we can plau that one.nit how do you fall short on French fries?? By beingcheap and not pre ordering you stock inventory for the following week. The one thing that really blew my mind is rhe lady told me they are only serving fries out with deliveries!!! So walking paying customers get shafted because you fell short on ordering and don't want more shitty reviews on skip the dishes ect. It was not until I questioned their rules behind being a franchise and having to follow them and make sure you have stock for all your customers then she said she would make an acception and serve us the fries that come with our combo.... SMH This is the absolute worst restaurant lit takes the gold for being garbage.. I know this is more of a rant then a review but it never fails every time we go there we get the worst service followed up by the worst food as well, we tried to give them another chance and it was a big mistake.... I will never order from TACO BELL ALBERT ST LOCATION EVER AGAIN 😤 I have had moldy food half cooked not made properly garbage food here it would be worth the drive to travel to saskatoon to the other location. It won't be long untill this regina location gets shut down THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE CONTINOUS.BS MY FAMILY HAS STAY FAR AWAY READ THEIR REVIEWS THEY SPEAK THE TRUTH.
Cantina chicken crispy taco.. clearly not even using the advertised taco shell... and Nacho supreme.. missing what should be beef ...Quality 0 , quantity 0 , communication 0...terrible terrible. Not sure if this is how taco bell wants to be represented but this...
Read moreI have been to this place several times and the service is almost always very slow with several customers standing around, waiting for their orders. I usually place my order through the app and pickup via the drive-thru in an effort to not have a long wait, but quite often I have attempted to pick up roughly 3-5 minutes after the projected pickup time and been told it would be another 15-20 minutes. When the food is finally ready for pickup, it was cold.
Tonight, I placed my order and it was ready on time, but they forgot one of my items as well as my sides.
I have to ask for a receipt every time I go and am always told it is attached to the bag. The slip on the bag does not show the dollar amount so it is not a receipt. I have to explain that every time and ask that they print it with the amounts. It is often an issue for them to have to go back and reprint it. I get the impression that the cashiers are not trained on how to print a proper receipt and usually have to get a manager.
It is nice to finally have a Taco Bell, but the customer service definitely leaves a lot...
Read moreI honestly can’t believe this company is still allowed to operate after the level of false advertising I just witnessed. Like — did I just pay for air and disappointment? Because that’s all that showed up in the bag.
We ordered two Nacho Fries Supreme to go with our three burritos (me + my kiddos), thinking we could share the fries. Cute idea, right? WRONG. There were maybe six fries per order — six. As in, countable on one hand and still have a thumb left over. The photos online promised golden, cheese-drenched glory… what we got looked like it lost a food fight on the way out the door.
And the burritos? Micro. Doll-sized. Nine bucks for something that could fit in my cat’s paw. Size matters, people — especially when it’s dinner time.
Needless to say, there was no sharing, no satisfaction, and absolutely no encore. This will be the last time I ever give business to Taco Bell.
If this were a song, it’d be called “Fast Food Lies (Feat....
