0/5 if I get any other chance I will give more zeros…….
I recently visited Tim Hortons and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely unprofessional and displayed a lot of attitude throughout my visit. Instead of being polite and respectful, they were dismissive and even started speaking in their own language in front of customers, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional.
When there was an issue with my order, rather than acknowledging that mistakes can happen, they immediately blamed me and insisted that I had said something I never did. I tried to explain, but they refused to accept any responsibility. As a customer, I completely understand that errors with orders can occur, but what truly matters is how the staff handle the situation. In this case, they showed no accountability, no apology, and instead turned it back on the customer, which is unacceptable.
The whole experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. It’s disappointing to see this level of service at a place like Tim Hortons, which is supposed to be known for friendly and professional staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff’s attitude and behavior, because experiences like this drive customers away and reflect very poorly...

I am beyond disappointed and absolutely furious with the treatment I just received at your Tim Hortons location. As a first-time visitor to Canada, I expected warmth and professionalism—what I got instead was rudeness, ignorance, and outright disrespect, especially from one Filipino staff member who went out of her way to make me feel unwelcome.
I am staying in the hotel right next to your cafe and simply wanted to walk in and order a coffee. I was completely ignored at the counter, as if I was invisible, just because I wasn’t in a car. Are you seriously telling me I have to take out my car and drive five feet just to place an order at a cafe that’s supposed to be walk-in friendly? That’s absolutely ridiculous!
This is not just poor customer service—it’s appalling behavior that borders on discrimination. The staff didn’t bother to speak, acknowledge, or help. What kind of hospitality is this? My first impression of Canada is now ruined because of the unprofessional and downright rude staff at your establishment.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. You are not just tarnishing the name of Tim Hortons—you’re damaging the image of Canadian...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons located at 4225 Albert Street. I arrived during a time when the dining area was closed, so I attempted to order from the drive-thru window on foot. I understand policies about walk-ups may vary, but the way I was treated by a staff member — a woman of Filipino background — was unacceptable.
She completely ignored me at the window, showing clear disrespect and disregard simply because I was not in a car. I found her attitude to be rude, unprofessional, and frankly, disgusting. I wasn’t trying to break rules, just to place a simple order.
Even after I resorted to calling an Uber to place the order for me, she continued to ignore us. I have never encountered such behavior at any other Tim Hortons — or any fast food place, for that matter. Everyone works hard, but that does not excuse treating customers like they don’t matter.
This kind of customer service is beyond disappointing. Staff like her do not belong in customer-facing roles, and I hope management seriously addresses this issue. No one should be made to feel disrespected like this for simply trying...
