As of December 2023, a Mozza Burger combo will run you $15. For that, you will get sub par customer service, a modern but uncleaned establishment, generic pop music over the intercom, and the expectation that you fill your drink yourself, get your ketchup, and bus your own table. The fries are usually over done but the burgers are pretty consistent. The location favours the drive through at the expense of in house customers (like most places) and the staff seem to think its okay to sweep near you while you’re eating food. If you’re really lucky, they’ll even ask nicely to sweep under you before they proceed to do it anyway.

Places like this want to have their cake and eat it too. They want the low expectations that come with fast food, whilst charging $30 for two. If you are reading this, you know that everything is becoming a rip off. This experience has inspired me to stop supporting these business. These guys get very busy in the morning and the good thing about the team is how coordinated they could be compared to the Southland Mall team. Unfortunately I had to do a comparison based on several experience from both outlets. Southland mall is closer to me but I just do not seeing myself there anymore to avoid unpleasant breakfast with my family - Now they have folded up. 14 October 2019: Not s good experience had, but the manager has agreed to make up and I may not want to generalize based on a few avoidable bad experience. It was terrible! I ordered breakfast they're all Canadian breakfast. I wanted my eggs over easy they came over burnt the yolks were rock hard and the toast was cold with butter half-melted. I ordered my breakfast with extra hash browns for me and my friend who's breakfast also arrived cold cold pancakes aren't that great. My extra hash browns came after the main breakfast was delivered. The serving girl behaved like we were an imposition in her morning. The table I sat at in fact all the tables in the section we're sticky and the surfaces weren't cleaned. Truly not a great experience I don't recommend them. Go to Smitty's you won't be disappointed not like this and this experience wasn't cheap. 1 out of 5 and they only scored the one because it's a new building.
