Read moreI’ve visited this Popeyes location multiple times, and every single time, if I arrive during their last hour of business—whether it’s 40 minutes or even 35 minutes before closing—they refuse to take orders. Instead, they only offer pre-made items and won’t prepare anything that isn’t already available.
Tonight, I arrived at 9:25, and I was told they couldn’t make a sandwich because it takes 15 minutes to prepare. They insisted I could only choose from what they had made already.
I would completely understand if this policy applied 15 minutes before closing, but 35-40 minutes should be more than enough time to fulfill an order, especially for something as simple as a single sandwich.
This has happened too many times, and I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. It will absolutely be my last choice for Popeyes in the future....
