I’ve visited this Popeyes location multiple times, and every single time, if I arrive during their last hour of business—whether it’s 40 minutes or even 35 minutes before closing—they refuse to take orders. Instead, they only offer pre-made items and won’t prepare anything that isn’t already available.

Tonight, I arrived at 9:25, and I was told they couldn’t make a sandwich because it takes 15 minutes to prepare. They insisted I could only choose from what they had made already.

I would completely understand if this policy applied 15 minutes before closing, but 35-40 minutes should be more than enough time to fulfill an order, especially for something as simple as a single sandwich.

This has happened too many times, and I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. It will absolutely be my last choice for Popeyes in the future....

Worst Popeyes store in this area. Save yourself time and money and go to another location to order. I ordered 3 Thusday special and paid extra to have breasts instead of wings. The breast pieces were so small the size of 1/4 of an actual chicken breast. The drumsticks were the size of my thumb, and the rest of the pieces were all skin. On top of that, it was so cold.. skins were soft and soaking in oil and not edible. I decided to go to this location since it has opened recently and I assumed they're probably focusing on their food quality to attract new customers, but I guess I was wrong.
