Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

I been ordering from this store for the past 10 years and today of all day May 18th , 2024 is the worst where it involved having my 20mnth old son crying ... I was coming from Hillcrest Mall with my kids 13yrs old and 20mnths old since I was walking home and I was passing pizza pizza (9555 YONGE STREET Major intersection Yonge and weldrick its on the observatory plaza ) i say let me get pizza and fries for them cause my son loves pizza ,yes at that small age ... so this one time I did order instore because i only order online and have it delivered... I did my order 2:30ish pm which was a small pepperoni with half cheese cause my 13 year old don't like pepperoni and a small fries I ask the lady how long she say 20mins I say ok so we sit and wait ... 20 mins pass .... 30 mins pass ... 45 mins pass and during that time other ppl came in order and got their order already ppl came in and pick up orders ... 1 hr pass I ask how much longer she say 5 to six minutes... a lady who came in saw me and did her order her order was ready and she looked at me and say your still waiting I say yes and my 20mnth old son was crying he started crying ... more ppl getting their order , I don't know if this lady is a racist or what or because my skin is darker but the nerve of having me waiting 1hr + for my order with my kids where my 20mnth started crying after u told me 20 mins ... THATS IS SOOOOO MESSED UP I WILL NOT BE GOING BCK a matter of fact I will close my account I have with pizza pizza ... there is pizza hut dominoes other pizza places where I can buy ..but I decided to stick with pizza pizza for the past 10 years and this is what I get.... I will take this to social media too because I did video my wait.... and yes I did demanded a refund and left...AND THE LADY DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE WAIT OR EXPLAIN...

Title: Disappointing Pizza and Poor Customer Service

On January 5, 2025, at around 1:30 a.m., I ordered an X-Large pizza with four toppings from Pizza Pizza (9555 Yonge Street, the nearest location to me). I specifically requested sufficient toppings, as I always do, but my request was ignored yet again.!!!!

When the pizza arrived, I encountered multiple issues: Excessive Grease: The pizza was so greasy that I experienced severe stomach pain and nauseaeven from last night to know 24 hours after eating just four slices. Missing Toppings: I ordered green pepper, green olive, grilled chicken, and mushroom. However, the pizza was essentially bread with green pepper and olive scattered across it. There were only five tiny pieces of chicken and couple small pieces of mushroom on the entire X-Large pizza.!!!!!

When I called Pizza Pizza on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 9:30 p.m., to report the issue, the supervisor told me, “We can’t do anything for you.” This is absolutely unacceptable for a loyal customer who paid $30 for what was essentially bread with green pepper.

If this is truly the level of service Pizza Pizza is offering, I will no longer be ordering from your business. Customers deserve better quality and accountability when an issue is raised. I will be sharing my experience to ensure others are aware of how poorly this...

Couple of days ago, I walked in this store and ordered a pizza with 2 topics to go. After 15 min I got it to home. When I opened the box there were no topics. I called customer service to complain and they put me on hold for 20 min to discuss with 2 persons and finally they gave me full refund credit to have another pizza.

Next time I ordered on the phone to use my credit and they said it's just 4$ credit not a full refund which was unbelievable, BTW I accepted and ordered a pizza to pickup at the same store.

When I went there to pickup, I faced a totally wrong pizza. I got so mad and asked them to call customer service to find out why they put a wrong order on my name.

The cashier used his own cell phone to call and when a lady picked up the phone, I had to discuss again and she put me on hold for 5 min. During holding the cell phone, cashier told me that he has to pay for the mobile..... oh my god that was the worst situation I have faced so far regarding customer service.

I couldn't believe to see such a disgusting customer service like that. So I could wait even a second there and I passed the phone to cashier and left the store without pizza.

NEVER EVER will go back...
