I went to the time square location with my friend and I had forgotten and left my purse there 10 min before closing. By the time I got home I realized I didn’t have my purse on me and panicked. It was too late since the workers had left for the night. I contacted the Royal tea main website and emailed them asking if they could contact the manager/owner of this location and find out if anyone has turned in a bag. I received an email back that someone did find a bag and I went back the next morning to pick up my bag and I was so relieved. They really saved me, I had all of my cards and keys in there. Great service and so helpful!!! I recommend this location and I will definitely come back here again. Not only for what they did but the drinks were also delicious. My friend got the passion fruit smoothie and I had gotten the hand crushed strawberry green tea, the barista told me to do 50 sugar when I asked for 30 because she knew it would taste a bit bitter if I did less sugar. The drinks are fine to be honest, but I think the staff are not ready to work and serve people/ are exhausted at the end of the day.

I ordered 5 bubble teas for my family in Uber and was going to have a self-pick up. I showed my Uber APP order to the staff and she kept asking me to give her order number and telling me to scroll down to find the number. However, order numbers in Uber are only for delivery drivers, but not for self-pick up customers. Another staff asked the staff quietly in their language if those 5 bubble teas on the table belonged to my order and the staff said "Yes". They probably thought I didn't understand their languages; I answered them I didn't have the number in their language too. But they were still hesitant about giving me those 5 drinks. I couldn't even imagine how long it'd have taken if I were a delivery driver.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Please note as it does MOT state it on the menu all of the “Fresh Fruit Iced Tea” drinks have lemonade and are essentially 100% lemonade. I ordered a Passionfruit green tea as this was the only one on the menu the omitted the words lemon and lime. I received it, tried it and to my surprise it was not drinkable. I proceeded to very nicely say “hey I can’t cannot drink this there is so much lemon” to which she so rudely responded saying “they all have lemons I can pick it out of your drink by hands”… is this even sanitary to go into my drink and pick it out by hand? She was so incredibly rude I had to be like mam you’re about to make me cry because it really doesn’t say on your menu lemon or lime. She tried to make me pay for switching my drink and rolled her eyes until the customer behind me was like “ughhh are you okay” horrendous experience...
