Dear Restaurant Owner
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I experienced at your restaurant on May 14, 2024. My visit was marred by a series of unacceptable incidents that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
Upon ordering the platter of different meats, which included a chicken leg, my companions and I were shocked to discover that the chicken leg was uncooked. We promptly informed our waitress of the issue, and she proceeded to take away the remaining contents of the main dish without addressing the uncooked chicken pieces that were already on our individual plates.
We naturally assumed that fresh, properly cooked chicken would be brought to replace the uncooked portions. However, to our dismay, after a wait of approximately 6 to 7 minutes, the same uncooked chicken pieces were returned to us. It is distressing to think about the hygiene implications of having these pieces recooked and then served to us, especially considering the potential for contamination from multiple handling.
Had we known that this was the course of action to be taken, we would have insisted that all the uncooked chicken pieces, including those on our individual plates, be replaced. However, this was not communicated to us by the waitress.
Subsequently, when attempting to discuss the matter with the restaurant manager, we were informed that they were unavailable at the time. This lack of availability only added to our frustration and sense of disappointment. Anyway I paid for the food and tipped the waitress as usual and left.
Following our unsatisfactory dining experience, I took the initiative to contact the restaurant to discuss the matter further with the owner. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. The response that "sometimes these things happen" and the assertion that there was no need for sensitivity regarding such matters was deeply disheartening. Additionally, the justification provided by the chef for the handling of the uncooked chicken was inadequate and failed to address our concerns.
As patrons of your establishment, we expected a level of service and professionalism that was sorely lacking on this occasion. The disregard for food safety protocols and the dismissive response from management are issues that cannot be overlooked.
I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address the shortcomings in your service. As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope that future patrons will not have to endure similar...

Read moreMy husband and I have been in this restaurant before and we have had take outs for our parties. Last night, it was only two of us and sat in the patio as there was no table available inside. We ordered Soltani and koobideh with salad and appetizer. Food was cold and not fresh. Rice, Koobideh and salad were HORRIBLE. Rice was very old, not fresh and cold, koobideh was cold, not fresh and smelly. Barg was good. There were two servers in the patio, our server was very slow and not good. She didn't bring salt, pepper and somac for our table, we asked her twice and she forgot. We almost finished our food that I asked again and the other server quickly brought them for us. They brought main food right after appetizer, Always we had to wait too much to get our main food, this time it was too quick to bring main food right after appetizer. We also had Caeser salad. It was very bad, lettuce was not fresh they were black and the bowl had too much dressing. It was like you are eating sauce instead of lettuce. The dressing was not for Ceasar salad. This was one of the worst food and experience that I ever had. We did not get a quality and service for the price that we paid. I will not go back. For me, service is very important and unfortunately, Iranian restaurant are not good in service and they do not respect their customer. Unless you go in as a group then they pay attention to your table. We paid the same price as the other paid then why I did not get the same quality and service. I used to recommend this place but Do not recommend this place anymore. They need to understand that they have to respect the customer's time and money that spend in their restaurant. it does not matter if it is one person, two people or a...
